  • 描述: 本研究在探討國小新移民華語文教師教學準備與教學知能知現況與關係,並從中了解其教學準備與教學知能是否符應文化回應教學的訴求。本研究以自編「新移民華語文教師文化回應教學調查問卷」為研究工具,針對高雄市及高雄縣公立國民小學所設立的新移民班級教師進行問卷調查。調查所得資料以SPSS for Windows 17.0版統計套裝軟體進行平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,得到以下若干研究結果,並據此對教育行政機關、學校、教師、家長與未來研究提出參考建議。根據資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論:一、新移民華語文教師其教學準備的整體現況達中上程度,其中以「教材編選」準備程度較高,「對新移民學生的認知」準備程度較少。二、新移民華語文教師其教學知能的整體現況達中上程度,其中以「教學內容」及「教學環境」的知能較高,「教學媒材運用」的知能較低。三、新移民華語文教師教學準備的情形不因任何背景變項而有顯著差異。四、新移民華語文教師教學知能的情形會因性別及專業培訓資歷而有所不同。五、新移民華語文教師教學準備度愈高,其教學知能也愈好。六、在新移民華語文教師教學準備各層面中,以「教材編選」及「課程與教學的規劃」對教學知能層面最具解釋力。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the immigrant chinese teachers’ culturally responsive teaching in Kaohsiung area. This research was based on a self-compiled questionnaire survey named “The questionnaire for immigrant chinese teachers’ culturally responsive teaching competencies”. This questionnaire was designed to survey the immigrant Chinese teacher of public elementary schools in Kaohsiung County. The data of the questionnaires has been processed with descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, pair sample t-test and multiple response analysis by SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results of research provide the following suggestions for education administration authorities, elementary schools, teachers, and future researchers.The results of this research were as follows:1. The population of CRT preparation is medium to high. The highest is “the choosing of teaching material” ,and the lowest is “the recognition of immigrant students.”2. The population of CRT competencies is medium to high. The highest is “teaching content” and “teaching environment” ,the lowest is “teaching materials instruments.”3. The immigrant Chinese teachers’ CRT preparation is no significant difference.4. The immigrant Chinese teachers’ CRT competencies differ due to sex and professional training.5. There was a positive correlation in CRT preparation and cCRT competencies of immigrant Chinese teachers. The higher CRT preparation was, the better CRT competencies was.6. From all perspective of immigrant Chinese teachers’ CRT , “the choosing of teaching material” and “curriculum and instruction planning” is the most powerful factor to explain the culturally responsive teaching competencies as a whole.
