  • 描述: 本研究旨在建置一個基於知識本體概念推論輔助學習系統,探討對學習者利用本系統學習人體消化系統概念學習成效及其影響。  另有概念(alternative conception)存於人體消化系統等生理相關概念,對往後學習造成影響。文獻指出人體消化系統教學應強化知識本體內涵,讓學生了解消化器官間整體的作用關係及微觀系統的動態過程,才能深入了解概念本體的特質進而修正另有概念。 近年人體消化系統教學由傳統講述演變為以數位化方式呈現來輔助教學來影響學習成效,然而數位教材大多採用將抽象化為具體的單一概念解釋方法,對於整體概念間的聯結較少提供,輔助學生建構知識的效果仍有限。雖有部分學者採用概念構圖方式來增強知識概念間的聯結,但概念構圖對概念本身的解釋以及概念間的推論關係較少提供,可搭配其它方式強化學習。現今本體論已成為探討知識領域概念化的重要方法,透過知識和推理的相互作用,當概念性知識在影響個體執行推理作業時,也會影響個體的概念成長。本研究建置人體消化系統本體論不但保留概念結構的特性,協助學習者學到有順序和結構的知識本體,藉由描述概念之間的屬性關係(properties)和概念實例(instance)的描述補足概念構圖的不足,且所加入的SWRL推論法則可推論出概念間彼此的關聯性以及邏輯性,學生可藉由推論法則的規則,學習到推理的依據和過程,協助個體對領域知識的推理作業反應進而強化概念學習。 本研究採用準實驗研究法,實驗對象為中學生,研究結果證明採用知識本體推論輔助學習法的實驗組學生在人體消化系統的學習成效優於使用專家概念構圖學習法之對照組學生,並且具有顯著差異。
    This study is major to establish an assistant-learning system based on the knowledge ontology. The learning achievement and influence of using this system to learn the human digestive system for learners were investigated. Alternative conceptions existed in correlatively concepts of the human digestive system knowledge may affect the subsequent learning. Several studies have pointed that the ontology technology shall describe knowledge to help students understand the whole knowledge structure. Additionally, via the ontology can be realized deeply to revise the alternative conception.The ontology-based course was established to help students learn sequential and structured knowledge, and it made up the shortcoming of the concept map by applying the relationships of concepts and instances implement. In addition, we inducted the Semantic Web Rule Language (SRWL) for enhancing rule-based concepts reasoning. Students can learn inference rules of domain knowledge by the rules reasoning process training to assist knowledge structure construction and enhancing the concept map learning. In this study, a quasi-experiment research is utilized and students participated in the experimental and controlled group. Results conclude that the human digestive systemof learning achievement of experimental groups were much better than that of controlled ones which were educated by the general concept map and traditional pedagogy.
