  • 描述: 目的:本研究旨在探討熱身後恢復至不同心跳率對最大有氧動力的影響。方法:以9名平均年齡22.0(1.5)歲,身高174.0(4.6),體重64.7(6.8)公斤的大學體育系田徑隊為研究對象。受試者從安靜心跳率熱身至160次/分的心跳率持續5到10分鐘,之後讓心跳率恢復到140次/分、100次/分,80次/分三種不同的恢復心跳率,再進行最大有氧動力測驗。在進行最大有氧動力時測定血乳酸濃度、運動中1、3、5、7分鐘心跳率及RPE。使用的統計方法如下:以單因子共變數分析測驗後血乳酸濃度,以重複量數單因子變異數分析測驗前、運動中與測驗後的RPE,以二因子變異數分析在三種恢復心跳率下的運動中心跳率變化情形。以重複量數單因子變異數分析三種恢復心跳率的運動表現。結果:不論是恢復到140次/分、100次/分、80次/分,在心跳率、運動中心跳率、血乳酸及RPE方面,均未達顯著差異(P>.05)。然而在最大有氧能力的運動表現在恢復至100次/分顯著優於140次/分及80次/分(P<.05)。結論:熱身後心跳率恢復至100下/分有利於最大有氧動力的運動表現。
    Purpose:The Purpose of this study is to explore the effect of different heart rate recovery after warm-up on VO2max performance. Methods:First find nine track and field team members who major in the department of physical education as research object. They are 22 (1.5) years old, 174.0(4.6)cm high, and 64.7(6.8)kg on average. Then ask them to warm up for 5 to 10 minutes until the heartbeat rate reach 160 beats/min. Next do the VO2max test while their heart rates descend to 140 beats/min, 100 beats/min, and 80 beats/min. In addition to the VO2max test, measuring the accumulation of blood lactate as well as the heart rate and RPE of the 1st, 3rd, 5th,7th minute while doing the experiment. Finally analyze the statistics through three dimensions: (1) Comparison of the accumulation of blood lactate by one-way ANOVA. (2) The sport performance of three kinds of heart rate recovery & RPE by one-way ANOVA, repeated measures. (3) The variation of heart rate under three kinds of heart rate recovery by Two-way ANOVA. Results: According to the statistics, the heart rate, the heart rate in exercise, blood lactate, and RPE have no obvious differences (P>.05) under three heart rate recovery(from 160beats/min to 140 beats/min, 100 beats/min, and 80 beats/min). However; on Maximal Aerobic Power Performance, the heart rate recovery from 160 beats/min to 100 beats/min is better than the others (P<.05). Conclusion: As a result, the experiment shows that the heart rate recovery from 160 beats/min to 100 beats/min facilitates the the sport performance of VO2max.
