描述: 台江地區因具備豐富的生態資源、自然景觀特色與人文歷史等條件，且因應國際保育的趨勢，台江地區已於2009年9月28日劃設為台江國家公園，成為國家保存特有自然風景、野生物種、人文史蹟的保育與保護區域，且更進一步的提供國人戶外教學、生態教育、遊憩休閒之場所。台江國家公園的規劃著重於台江地區人文歷史軌跡的承襲、自然生態內涵的演替、生活空間品質的轉變、產業結構組織的轉換，視地景改變為人與環境互動的產物，因此必須建立台江國家公園最適宜的規劃與經營管理方式，才能進一步將永續發展的理念融入台江國家公園發展生態旅遊與自然保育之中。本研究為瞭解台江國家公園永續發展之目標，及台江地區永續經營管理策略，乃以內容分析法(Content analysis)對台江地區生態經營及資源保育之相關資料進行分析，包括針對台江、七股、四草地區之相關期刊論文、研究計畫、博碩士論文及國家公園博碩士論文進行搜尋，並針對文章的議題、內容進行歸納比較分析，以歸納出台江國家公園發展生態旅遊的關鍵原則，研擬台江國家公園生態旅遊永續經營之策略。
With a combination of abundant natural resources and unique cultural history, Taijiang area was designated as Taiwan’s eighth National Park in October, 2009, to preserve its diverse geological landscapes and wildlive, and to further serve as a location that provides educational and recreational functions. In order to achieve this goals, it is essential to create the most suitable planning and operating pattern for this park, while incorporating a long-lasting mechanism in terms of ecotourism and nature conservation. The goal of this study aims at understanding and establishing sustaintable development of Taijiang National Park and the operating strategy of this area. Content analysis is applied to analyze the data of ecotourism and nature preservation in this area. Academic articles have been searched and studied to come up with the key principle of ecotourism that can be applied to operate Taijiang National Park.
