從目前的社會科學立場來看,人的行為多著重於私利之謀求,台灣企業亦汲汲營營爭取優勢、掌握商機、贏得顧客亯任與市場支持。然而,現今企業經營環境趨向全球化,台灣企業必頇走入國際,欲與世界接軌,勢必展現企業公民氣度與善盡企業社會責任,以獲得社會認同與期望。社會責任是永續發展不可或缺的關鍵要素,企業組織的生存仰賴社會肯定,一個能善盡社會責任與遵守道德倫理的企業,始能得到各方支持,創造更多利潤。許多非營利組織為了有效從事公益事務、實踐組織使命,師法企業經營方式與理念,逐漸走向市場導向的經營型態,以爭取更多的公益資源。企業型非營利組織採取商業化手法,創造社會公益與公共價值,達到永續發展的目標。然而,企業擔負社會責任不一定能改善財務績效,甚至為負相關,則在以普世價值為使命的企業型非營利組織中,該如何取捨?其對於企業社會責任的認知又是為何?基此,本研究以質性研究的文獻分析法、問卷調查法,以及認知續線理論,對奇美文化基金會相關群體進行直覺—理性認知的準實驗分析。期以認知續線理論的應用,探究奇美文化基金會員工、志工與一般民眾等三個群體在面對社會責任之經濟責任、法律責任與倫理責任等三項核心要素時,所採取的直覺與分析認知模式之異同。期望透過本研究實證探討,了解不同群體考量要素,並對組織提出相關建議。研究結果發現,奇美文化基金會相關群體在面對擔負企業社會責任時的考慮要素,皆為準理性偏直覺的認知模式判斷,透過相對權重與函數圖型發現:奇美員工較注重經濟責任;奇美志工較注重倫理責任;一般民眾則較注重法律責任。
From the viewpoint of social sciences, the behavior of human is focus on demandingbenefit. The companies in Taiwan are also looking for the competition advantages,striving for the business opportunities, and obtaining the trust of customers and themarket acceptability. In order to acquire social identity and expectation, thecompanies in Taiwan have to move towards international to access worldwidebusiness, and have to perform corporate social responsibility. Corporate socialresponsibility is an essential factor for sustainable development. Companies would getmore supports and profits by performing corporate social responsibility and businessethics. Many nonprofit organizations develop gradually into type of market-orientedto engage in public welfare and live up corporate mission and strive for moreresources. Nonprofit organizations initiate social public welfare and public values andachieve the goal of sustainable development by commercializing.However, the corporate social responsibility is not always as improver for statementof financial performance even negative. How the enterprising nonprofit organizationsto get social public welfare and profits at the same time? What the cognition ofcorporate social responsibility of enterprising nonprofit organizations? We use thedocumentary analysis and questionnaire survey of qualitative research. The studymethod based on the Cognitive Continuum Theory as quasi-experimental designconcentrates on the three interest groups which includes CHIMEI cultural foundationemployees, volunteers and the populace. We try to realize the cognitive style duringtheir judging process through economic responsibility, legal responsibility and ethicresponsibility, and to interpret the opinion of each group.The findings is that when the interest groups of CHIMEI cultural foundation deal withthree essential factors of corporate social responsibility, their cognitive style isquasi-rationality towards intuition. The employees focus on economic responsibility,the volunteers focus on ethic responsibility, and the populace focus on legalresponsibility.
