  • 描述: 本研究旨在藉由教師對自身班級經營現況的實際探索,發展國小六年級教師可行的班級經營策略,以改善學生的學習環境,並希冀能提昇研究者的班級經營策略知能,以促進教師自身的教學專業成長。本研究採取行動研究法,以研究者自身為工具,以研究者所擔任導師的六年級班級學生為研究對象,透過觀察、訪談、文件分析等多元的方式蒐集資料,進行為期一年的行動研究。依據文獻探討、研究發現與討論,研究者歸納出以下結論:一、 國小班級行政經營的有效策略有訂定班級經營計畫、建立班級檔案資料和組訓班級幹部。二、 國小班級常規經營的有效策略有建立班級常規和輔導學生的不當行為。三、 教室物理環境經營的有效策略有安排教室物理環境和營造教學情境。四、 國小班級人際關係經營的有效策略有建立師生關係、留意與輔導學生同儕關係和建立雙向的親師關係。五、 課程與教學經營的有效策略有充分準備適切的教材及教法、配合學生身心需求調整教學活動、順暢教學流程、維持團體的注意力和兼顧形成性和總結性評量。基於以上之研究結果,本研究對於教師班級經營與未來的研究提出了若干建議,期望透過對於班級實務的研究,讓班級經營策略與運用獲得更多教師的關注,並幫助在現場的教師改善他的班級經營策略。
    This study was designed by the sixth grade teacher to explore the status of her actual classroom management and to develop the feasible classroom management strategies to improve the learning environment for the students. The researcher hopes this study could be helped to improve the knowledge and ability of classroom management strategy. Furthermore, the researcher except this could make herself progress in the teaching professional. This study will be carried out as action research. The research tool was the researcher, and the research samples were the students in the researcher’s class. This study was lasted in one year. The researcher collected information through multiple ways, such as observation, interviews, document analysis.According to the literatures、research findings and discussion, the researcher summarized the feasible classroom management strategies :1. In the classroom administrative dimension: setting classroom management plans, creating the class’s files, and organizing and training the cadres in the class.2. In the classroom rule and routine dimension: establishing and counseling the misconduct.3. In the physical classroom environment dimension: arranging the physical classroom environment and creating a teaching situation.4. In the class relationships dimension: establishing good teacher-student relationship, counseling and paying attention to peer relationships, and establishing a two-way relationship between parents and teachers.5. In the curriculum and instruction dimension: operating well-prepared teaching materials and teaching methods which are appropriate to meet the needs of children. Those are adjusting their teaching activities and movement management. Those are maintaining the group focus, and adopting both formative and summative assessment.Based on the above findings, this study has raised a number of recommendations in classroom management for teachers and future research.
