描述:
目的:本研究旨在探討每週實施三天,每天累計三十分鐘並持續六週的跳繩運動,對國小學童長期記憶力的影響。方法:以56名國小三年級學童為受試者(年齡10.58±0.50歲,身高131.28±6.15公分,體重29.73±6.78公斤),分成實驗組與控制組各28名。實施跳繩運動訓練前,兩組均進行聽覺語文學習測驗(Rey Auditory-VerbalLearning Test,RAVLT)做為長期記憶力前測。爾後,實驗組進行每週三天,每天累計時間為三十分鐘的跳繩運動,實施一跳一迴旋的方式;控制組則不進行跳繩運動,維持日常生活作息。六週後兩組再進行後測,所得資料以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析考驗兩組之間的長期記憶力是否有顯著差異。結果:經過每週實施三天,每天累計三十分鐘並持續六週的跳繩運動後,實驗組在長期記憶力的表現51.94分(6.21分)顯著優於控制組46.54分(6.52分)(p<.05)。結論:每週實施三天,每天累計三十分鐘並持續六週的跳繩運動,有助於提升學童長期記憶力的表現。
Purpose: This research was to explore the effects on elementary school students''long-term memory after the jumping rope which was implemented thirty minutes a day,three days a week. Method: All the 56 third-grade students ( age 10.58±0.50, height131.28 ± 6.15 cm, weight 29.73 ± 6.78 kg) were divided into experimental and controlgroup with 28 students respectively. Long-term memory pretest ( Rey Auditory-VerbalLearning Test, RAVLT) were taken in both groups before the jumping rope training. Thenwe carried out thirty minutes a day, three days per week, and the way we took was singlebounce as the principle. The control group did no jumping rope exercise but maintainedthe general daily routines. Six weeks later, the data was analyzed by one-way ANCOVA toexamine any change between two groups to see if they had significant differences betweenthe two groups. Result: The result showed that the experimental group got superior scoresin long-term memory test 51.94(6.21) than the control group 46.54(6.52) (p<.05) did afterjumping rope thirty minutes a day, three days per week. Conclusion: Jumping rope thirtyminutes a day, three days per week could promote long-term memory performance ofstudents.
