本研究是以行動研究方式探討國小二年級學童在觀察校園內動植物時,如何透過教學,讓學生經驗、察覺並提升觀察力。本研究對象是南部某國小二年級學生28位,本研究以質的研究為主,少量的量的研究為輔,以教學錄影、錄音、學生文件、教師文件來蒐集資料,並挑選學生進行半結構式晤談。研究者經過三期的行動研究流程,茲將研究主要結果如下:(一) 學生在觀察活動中經由教師適度的引導可提升觀察力(二) 學生在觀察靜止中的動植物時會觀察到較多細節(三) 學生在觀察時會融入以往的生活經驗、其他領域等舊經驗的影響(四) 學生喜好的觀察方式並非相同(五) 學生在描繪動物時會有擬人化、想像、記憶的表現(六) 學生在觀察後對動植物仍有迷思概念存在最後,研究者綜合各項結果,提出在教師教學方面、課程設計、資訊設備、未來研究方向等方面,提供建議讓教育研究的教師或學者參考。
Based on the method of action research, this study explores how to enhance the observation abilities of the second-grade students in the observation of animals and plants on campus.The participants were the 28 second grade students of an elementary school in south region of Taiwan. The researching method is based on qualitative research, a small amount of quantitative research as a supplement. The video recordings, tape recordings and the student learning sheets were used to collect the information of students’ observation of the animals and plants on campus. Students were also sampled for the semi-structured interview.After three cycles of an action research process, the findings of this study are summarized as follows:1. Students could enhance the observation abilities with teachers’ appropriate guidance.2. Teachers’ appropriate guidance could enhance the observation abilities of students.3. Students observed with more details when objects are static.4. Students’ observation is influenced by their life experience and experience in other fields.5. The preferred methods of observation are different among the students of this class.6. The anthropomorphic, imaginative and memorized images are painted by students when they paint animals observed on campus.7. After observing the plants and animals, students still have misconceptions.The results of this research can make some suggestions to teacher’s teaching, curriculum design, information equipment and further researches in the future.
