  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學學生友善校園人權環境現況之滿意度分析。採用問卷調查方式進行研究,先以文獻探討分析了解友善校園人權教育,據以編製「國民小學學生友善校園人權環境滿意度問卷」研究工具,採隨機抽樣以臺南市國小六年級學生937位為研究對象並進行施測蒐集資料,分別以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗等進行分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究重要發現如下: 一、臺南市友善校園人權環境的現況良好,但仍有改進空間二、不同性別之臺南市國小學生對友善校園人權環境現況的滿意度部分沒有顯著差異,其中女生滿意度高於男生。三、不同學校所在地的臺南市國小學生對友善校園人權環境現況的滿意度部分有顯著差異,尤以北區的滿意度偏低。四、不同學校規模的臺南市國小學生對友善校園人權環境現況的滿意度部分有顯著差異,其中規模較大學校的學生滿意度較高。五、不同導師管教方式的臺南市國小學生對友善校園人權環境現況的滿意度部分有顯著差異,且以民主式的導師管教方式優於權威式的導師管教方式。
    This study aimed to discuss the satisfaction analysis of friendly campus human rights environment in elementary schools in Tainan City and was mainly processed in the form of questionnaire. The questionnaire was conducted randomly on 937 sixth graders in different elementary schools in Tainan City and was analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance and independent sample t test. The main findings of this study were as follows.First, the practice of the Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment in Tainan City was fair but improvement was still required. Second, there were no distinctive satisfaction differences toward the Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment in Tainan City between male students and female students, but the result showed that female students seemed to have higher scorues on satisfaction scales than male students Third, the scores of satisfaction scales of Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment of different elementary school students in different districts in Tainan City showed slightly differences; schools located in North District have lower scores than other district schools in Tainan City. Fourth, the size of schools had significant influence on the scores of satisfaction scale of Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment; the data indicated that larger-sized school students tended to have higher satisfaction scores. Fifth, different teachers’ discipline styles would make huge differences on the satisfaction scales of Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment; the democratic discipline style was superior to authoritarian discipline style.
