描述: 創作的動力應該是發自內心的，色彩是心靈的投影，透過眼睛可以感受萬物的訊息，繪畫則是將視覺觀點呈現出來，心靈的活動與繪畫總是互相關連。寧靜的味道是創作過程中所追求的生活樣貌。本篇論文以「靜謐中的追尋」為題目，論述個人2006-2009年的創作脈絡、省思與作品的實踐過程，藉著試驗、分析、歸納與自省的研究方法，探尋心靈與創作的樣貌。論述的重點分為三個部分，第一部分論及創作前的靈感來源及狀態及生活影響。第二部分從色彩的體驗、普普的啟發，對應作品使用之媒材、形式和特質。最後一部分透過創作自述回溯個人的創作歷程和作品發展，就個人在藝術實踐中，剖析當下的思維狀態。
The motive for creation should be inspired by the inner heart. The use of colors enables the projection of one’s soul, and through the eyes, one is able not only to see, but also to feel the message delivered by all things on earth. Drawing is one way to display a person’s visual perspective, where the activities of the mind and soul are always interconnected through drawing. The “taste of tranquility” is the façade of life pursued during the process of creation. This study, Pursuit in Tranquility, discusses the line of thoughts, ideas and practices involved in the author’s creative works between 2006 and 2009. Via methods of experimentation, analyses, generalization and introspection, the manifestation of the soul and the ensuing creativity were explored. The focus of the discussion was divided into three parts. The first part discusses the source of inspiration prior to creation, and the influences they have on one’s life. The second part covers the experience with colors enlightened by pop art, and the forms and qualities of the media used. The last part analyzes the state of thinking during the practicing of art, by recalling the course of creation and development of the works of the author.
