  • 描述: 本研究主要目的在於詮釋母親罹患憂鬱症兒童之表達性藝術文本。本研究以一名母親罹患憂鬱症的國小三年級兒童及研究者自身為研究參與者,每週進行兩次、每次五十分鐘、共計十六次的表達性藝術活動。在藝術活動過程中,以錄音、錄影的方式記錄輔導老師與憂鬱症患者子女進行活動中的口語及非口語表現,並請參與者與輔導老師以數位相機一同將作品拍攝下來,並在所有活動結束後將所獲得的資料轉謄為文本資料俾以進行分析與詮釋。本研究之研究結論如下:1.本研究參與者在表達性藝術文本中呈現四個面向:(1)死亡議題;(2)孤獨感;(3)對愛與歸屬的需求;(4)生存之道。2.母親罹患憂鬱症兒童傾向宿命論,對於死亡感到恐懼、焦慮,認為討論死亡是一種禁忌。3.母親罹患憂鬱症兒童面對社會傳統文化禁忌的壓抑、父母感情失和,以及缺乏情感交流的管道,有不被了解的孤獨感。4.母親罹患憂鬱症兒童的家庭氛圍封閉,家人難以表達內心的情感與想法。母親自身缺乏愛與歸屬感,母親的親職功能無法發揮作用而必須假手他人。父親是主要照顧者,母親罹患憂鬱症兒童渴望透過重要他人的肯定來提升自尊。5.母親罹患憂鬱症兒童透過對話拆解母親對現實的扭曲,改變過去對死亡的焦慮,並從作品的對話中思考獨處的方法,理解到可以擁抱孤獨,與孤獨共處之道。母親罹患憂鬱症兒童從重要他人如父親、老師與藝術作品中可以獲得支持的力量。 研究者根據研究結論,對表達性藝術活動、母親罹患憂鬱症兒童及未來研究發展的走向等三方面提出建議供實務工作者應用及進一步研究之參考。
    This main purpose of research is to interpret the expressive arts text of the child whose mother suffering from melancholia disorder. Participating in this study is a grade 3 primary school student.The arts activities research was conducted over 16 times, each period and consisted of 50 minute sessions being held twice a week for the child. During two activities, the researcher records daily life about the child of depressed mother.Each session with the child was videoed and sound recorded in order to capture both of the verbal and non-verbal response of the child, and the conversation between the child and researcher. The research conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.This research participant presents four faces in the expressive arts text : (1)Death ; (2)Feeling of lonely; (3)Demand to love and belonging to; (4)Way to survive. 2.Participant attends to be more fatalism, and feel frightened about the death. And she aslo feel anxious about mother’s behavior. She thinks that the death is a kind of taboo. 3.Participant faces the depression with social traditional culture, and feels lonely in her life.4.The family atmosphere of the participant is not open, and it’s difficult for the families to express the emotion and thoughts. Parental function is decreased. Participant hopes that mother can find out about her demand for the care and treatment, and refuse to be the one who satisfies mother’s need. Father is an important other for the participant. Participant need to get support from other important people. 5.Participant learns how to deal with taboo in her family in the arts activities. And she also learns how to get alone with loneness. Moreover, she comprehends that she can get strength and support from other people likes father, teacher and arts activities, and decrease anxiety. The researcher, according to the conclusion of studying, puts forward the suggestion in three aspects, such as expressive arts activities, children of depressed mother, and development trend of research in the future. Also for those who care about the children of high risk family.
