  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討實習諮商心理師在諮商專業訓練實習階段前後個案概念化能力之發展狀況以及諮商訓練教育課程中對實習諮商心理師個案概念化能力之重要影響因素。本研究利用個案概念化能力評量表為分析架構,對受訪者個案記錄表之內容進行分析,透過訪談進行資料收集,歸納、統整所收集的訪談資料,研究結論如下:(一) 不同實習階段實習諮商心理師個案概念化能力之發展狀況:1. 實習諮商心理師所呈現的個案概念化內容,結束實習後三個月之實習諮商心理師好像比進入實習前三個月之實習諮商心理師來的更能深入提到個案問題形成的脈絡。2. 進入實習三個月之實習諮商心理師,所收集當事人的訊息好像較為廣泛雜亂,並且沒有充分運用收集到有關當事人問題的相關因素,對當事人問題形成統整性的診斷。結束實習後三個月之實習諮商心理師在個案紀錄中所呈現的內容似乎較為精確詳細,比較能夠運用收集到當事人的背景資料,並經過統整做有脈絡的描述與診斷,讓人能夠對當事人有清晰的了解與認識。3. 進入實習三個月之實習諮商心理師可由當事人身上收集到多種資料,但似乎無法對當事人形成多元向度的看法。結束實習後三個月之實習諮商心理師收集的資料較為精簡,但好像能將收集的資料做有效的運用,且對當事人似乎有較多元向度的看法。4. 進入實習三個月之實習諮商心理師所呈現的內容較為多元豐富,大多是以收集家庭背景資料以及觀察當事人行為因素。結束實習後三個月之實習諮商心理師所呈現的內容較為精簡扼要,大多是以當事人有關人際與家庭背景。5. 進入實習三個月之實習諮商心理師所呈現的各個概念較為廣泛複雜,且彼此概念間呈現零散、片段的情形,概念之間較無法統合成為一體、前後相呼應程度似乎較低。結束實習後三個月之實習諮商心理師所呈現各個概念間較為精簡明確,且概念間呈現的關聯性似乎較高,較能成為一體,前後相呼應程度較高。(二) 諮商訓練教育課程中對實習諮商心理師個案概念化能力之重要影響因素:1. 諮商心理師相關因素。2. 認知能力提升。3. 教師相關因素。4.受督導經驗。5.諮商實習經驗與諮商專業學科學習。6. 個案相關因素。7. 向資深諮商心理師學習。最後,本研究根據研究發現,對未來諮商專業教育訓練提出具體建議。
    The purposes of this study were to explore counseling psychology interns developing situation in case conceptualization before and after the counseling practicum phase, and to analyze the vital influential factors to counseling psychology interns case conceptualization abilities in the counseling practicum program. Taking case conceptualization abilities rating scale as analytical structure, the study analyzed the case records from survey candidates. According to the interviews of the survey candidates, the collected data could be concluded as follow:1. The developing situation of counseling psychology interns case conceptualization before and after the counseling practicum program:(1) The counseling psychology interns who had finished the practicum program for three months seemed to figure out the factors which caused problems to clients more easily than whom did not attend the practicum program. (2) The counseling psychology interns who had attended the practicum program for three months collected clients’ information generally and indiscriminately and could not use the collected data to make complete diagnoses for the clients. The counseling psychology interns who had finished the practicum program for three months showed more specific contents in case records and a better understanding of the clien according to their background information, complete descriptions and diagnoses. (3) The counseling psychology interns who had attended the practicum program for three months could not develop multidimensional viewpoints to the clients in spite of collecting various information from them. The counseling psychology interns who had finished the practicum program for three months seemed to collect clients’ information more precisely and developed multidimensional viewpoints toward the clients by making good use of the collected data. (4) The counseling psychology interns who had attended the practicum program for three months showed diverse contents by collecting the information mostly from clients’ family background and observing their behavior factors. The counseling psychology interns who had finished the practicum program for three months showed summary contents which related to clients’ interpersonal relationships and family background.(5) The counseling psychology interns who had attended the practicum program for three months showed fragmental and disordered concepts with low correlation. The counseling psychology interns who had finished the practicum program for three months showed simplified and clear concepts with high correlation.2. The vital influential factors to counseling psychology interns case conceptualization abilities in the counseling practicum program:(1) Counselors related factor.(2) The improvement of cognitive ability.(3) Teachers related factor.(4) The experience of being supervised.(5) Counseling practicum experience and counseling professional subjects learning.(6) Clients related factor.(7) Learning from senior counselors.Finally, according to the research results, some specific suggestions were presented for future counseling practicum program.
