  • 描述: 本研究主要目的在探討跳繩訓練對國小田徑選手運動能力的影響。希望能瞭解國小田徑選手以跳繩運動作為輔助訓練與一般田徑訓練,在肌力、瞬發力、敏捷性、反應、協調性及動態平衡等運動能力上的影響情形。本研究以台南市大光國小五、六年級田徑隊選手40人為研究對象,依年齡、性別隨機分派男、女生各10人為實驗組及對照組。實驗組在實驗期間,每週一、三、五接受跳繩訓練;同時間對照組則接受一般田徑體能訓練。在實驗前、後均做10公尺起跑、立定跳遠、壘球擲遠、60公尺快速跑及通過平衡木等測驗。經十二週的跳繩運動訓練實驗後,以相依樣本t考驗前、後測的差異情形;以進步幅度比較兩組進步情形,顯著水準定為α=.05。若達顯著水準,則採LSD法進行事後比較,以了解各組間差異的情形。 結果發現:一、實施跳繩運動訓練後對國小田徑選手經十二週的跳繩運動訓練在在10 公尺起跑、立定跳遠、壘球擲遠、60公尺快速跑及通過平衡木能力的提升均有顯著的差異(p<.05)。二、跳繩組和對照組在共變數分析後,在10 公尺起跑、立定跳遠、壘球擲遠、60公尺快速跑能力及通過平衡木達顯著差異(p<.05)。本研究所得結果經討論之後,得到如下結論:一、經跳繩訓練後,跳繩訓練的田徑選手在10 公尺起跑、立定跳遠、壘球擲遠、60公尺快速跑及通過平衡木能力有明顯的訓練效果。二、跳繩運動適合成為田徑運動訓練的輔助訓練。與田徑訓練有相同的效果。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of 12-week rope-jumping training on elementary-school track and field players. This study hopes to understand how rope jumping can affect the muscular strength, explosive strength, agility, reaction, coordination, and dynamic balance. The subjects were 40 fifth and sixth graders at Daguang Elementary School in Tainan City. Ten girls and ten boys were assigned to the experimental group or the control group. The experimental group underwent regular track and field training plus rope-jumping training 3 times a week, while the control group underwent general track and field training only. All the subjects were tested 10-meter sprinting, standing long jumping, softball throwing, 60-meter rapid running, and balance beam walking before and after the training. Dependent samples were used to analyze the variations before and after training; rates of progress were used to compare the progress of the two groups. If the significant level was reached, least significance difference (LSD) test was used to compare all the groups. The significant level was set at α=.05. After 12-week rope-jumping training, the experimental group improved on 10-meter sprint starting, standing long jumping, softball throwing, 60-meter rapid running and balance beam walking (p<.05) . Using analysis of covariance, there was a significant difference (p<.05) between the experimental group and control group on 10 meters sprinting, standing long jumping, softball throwing, 60 meters rapid running and balance beam walking. It seems that rope-jumping training can enhance the muscular strength, explosive strength, agility, reaction, coordination, and dynamic balance on young track and field players.
