  • 描述: 本研究的目的在探討,集中式與分散式「新式健康操」訓練對學童健康體能和骨質密度之影響。以國小三年級90位學生為研究對象,以叢集抽樣方式分為集中式訓練組30人、分散式訓練組30人及控制組30人。受試者平均年齡9.38 ± 0.27歲,身高1.29 ± 0.05公尺,體重31.47 ± 0.72公斤。訓練組接受每週五次、每次30分鐘,為期12週的新式健康操訓練,集中式訓練組每天訓練四循環,在早上一次完成;分散式訓練組每天早上與下午各訓練二循環,控制組則不做任何訓練。所有受試者於訓練前、後測量身體質量指數、肌耐力、心肺耐力、柔軟度、下肢瞬發力及骨質密度。將所得成績以SPSS for Windows 10.0 版統計套裝軟體進行資料分析與處理,以相依樣本t考驗檢定各組訓練前後各項測驗變項的變化,以二因子變異數分析檢定訓練後各組之間的差異。結果發現,集中組與分散組在身體質量指數、肌耐力、心肺耐力、柔軟度、下肢瞬發力及骨質密度上皆達顯著改善 (p<.05) ,且兩組除骨質密度達顯著差異外 (p<.05) ,其他變項未達顯著差異水準。經由討論,獲得以下結論:一、可透過集中式或分散式新式健身操訓練改善國小學童的健康體能與骨質密度。二、改善健康體能,採用集中式或分散式訓練都具有相同效果。為增加骨質密度,可採用集中式或分散式訓練,但採用集中式訓練的效果較好。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the continuous and discontinuous new style calisthenics training on bone mineral density and health-related physical fitness for elementary school students. Ninety grade 3 children were divided into the continuous training group, the discontinuous training group and the control group by cluster sampling method. Each group contained 30 students. The subjects had average age 9.38 ± 0.27 years old, height 1.29 ± 0.05 m, weight 31.47 ± 0.72 kg. The training groups practiced new style calisthenics five times per week for 12 weeks. The continuous training group completed four cycles each time in the morning, while the discontinuous training group completed two cycles in the morning and two cycles in the afternoon. The total training time lasted 30 minutes each time. The control group wasn’t trained during 12 training weeks. All subjects were tested on BMI, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, lower limbs explosive power and BMD before and after training. The data collected from the testing was analyzed by SPSS for Windows 10.0 statistic software. Paired t-test was used to analyze the change of each group on every testing variable before and after training. Two-way ANOVA was used to analyze the difference between each group after training. The significant level was set at α = .05. Both of the training groups improved significantly on BMI, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, lower limbs explosive power and BMD (p<.05). Only BMD was significant difference (p<.05) and the rest of testing variables were not significant difference between the training groups. The conclusions were asfollowing:1. The students’ physical fitness and BMD could be improved by means of the continuous or discontinuous training.2. The continuous and discontinuous training had the same effect to improve the physical fitness. Both the continuous and discontinuous training could be used to increase BMD, however, the continuous training had better effect than the discontinuous training.
