  • 描述: 本研究係探討青青技術學院(化名)產學合作教育管理機制之個案研究,目的在了解該校產學合作教育管理機制之內容、運作及實施成效。研究者訪談27位學校行政主管與教師及13位餐旅業界人士,並蒐集青青技術學院相關資料進行文件分析,研究該校產學合作教育管理機制在規劃、執行和評估三個面向的實施內容與運作情形;其次,研究者以該校業已完成校外實習之在學學生為問卷調查施測對象,共計回收有效問卷309份,調查所得資料以t考驗及單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計分析,藉此了解學生對產學合作教育管理機制實施成效在滿意度與實施效益兩部分的看法。 本研究運用文件分析、訪談及問卷調查的資料蒐集,進行青青技術學院產學合作教育管理機制的個案研究,獲致主要的結論如下:一、 規劃面向(一)實施必修的校外實習並加以創新,研訂各項規章制度予以落實。(二)設置校外實習專責單位實習就業組,採用集權/分權整合管理方式。(三)採行能力本位教育發展系本位課程,師資與設備之課程資源尚存問題有待解決。二、 執行面向(一)慎選合作實習機構,配合一年實習新制擬定多元配套措施。(二)舉辦多元化職前輔導活動,採用矩陣安置方式進行實習分發。(三)課程設計重視實習前後銜接性、理論與實務應用性及專業與通識教育結合性。(四)工作指導員督導及教師訪視輔導以協助學生適應與成長,並促進產學交流。(五)鼓勵教師從事教材研發與教學創新,規劃教師專業發展相關活動。三、 評估面向(一)透過多元評量方式評核學生校外實習成績,力求公平與客觀的評量結果。(二)課程評鑑包括系本位課程的檢視與發展、自我評鑑和課程教學成果展示等。(三)業界、學校成員與學生對整體實施成效尚稱滿意,但仍有改善空間。四、其他研究發現(一)產學合作教育管理機制融合其理論基礎,涵括產官學不同利害關係人互動的過程。(二)由學校組織結構的改變看見青青技術學院整體發展趨勢。最後依據研究結論與發現提出建議,以作為青青技術學院、其他實施產學合作教育的學校、不同利害關係人及後續研究之參考。
    This study aims to analyze the management mechanism of cooperative education in Ching-Ching (pseudonym) Institute of Technology to realize the contexts/operations and practice effectiveness. In qualitative research, 27 administrative directors or teachers in this institute, and 13 personnel directors or managers in hospitality industry selected to conduct semi-structured interviews were combined with related documents to discover the contexts and operations of planning, implementing, and evaluating dimensions in management mechanism of cooperative education. In quantitative research, questionnaire was developed as a research instrument, and 309 students who have finished the cooperative education were sampled to understand their perceptions. The data were analyzed in various statistical methods including t-test and one-way ANOVA. According to documentary analysis, semi-structured interview, and questionnaire employed, the study has following findings about Ching-Ching Institute of Technology. :1. In planning dimension:(1) Carry out mandatory co-op programs with innovation, and set up regulations to implement.(2) Establish internship/ career office to be responsible for operating affairs and adopt centralized/decentralized management.(3) Use competency-based education to develop department-based curricula, but there are some problems in curriculum resources of teachers and equipments.2. In implementing dimension:(1) Carefully choose cooperative partners and plan complete measures for one-year out-campus training.(2) Hold diversified pre- employment activities, and use matrix placement for students’ co-op placement.(3) Curriculum design is emphasized articulation of pre/ after working, application of theory/ practice and integration of professional/general education.(4) Through training and guidance of workplace supervisor and coordinating teacher, assist students’ accommodation and growth in living and working, and advance the industry-academy communication.(5) Encourage/promote teachers for teaching material and teaching innovation, and plan activities for teacher’s professional development.3. In evaluating dimension:(1) Make effort to have fair and objective score results by using multi-assessment method to grade student performance. (2) Curriculum evaluations include department-based curriculum survey and development, self-evaluation, routine evaluation by Ministry of Education, and diversified curriculum performance displays.(3) Members in this institute, industry persons and students are satisfied with the implementation effectiveness, but there is a lot of space to improve.4. Other research discoveries:(1) The management mechanism of cooperative education combines with philosophy, psychology, sociology, and economics of theory foundation of cooperative education, and involves different stakeholders’ interaction process. (2) According to the changes of organizational structure, we can foresee holistic development trends in Ching-Ching Institute of Technology.Lastly, according to research results, the researcher offers several suggestions to Ching-Ching Institute of Technology, other institutes or universities, students, hospitality industry and government for reference.
