描述:
平衡能力與下肢肌耐力是人類維持直立姿勢所必須具備的兩項基本能力,有效的運動訓練可以幫助其提昇。本研究以六十位國小三年級學童(8.54 ± 0.30歲)為研究對象,隨機分為直排輪運動組及控制組,直排輪運動組接受十二週、每週二次、每次一小時的直排輪運動訓練,藉以瞭解直排輪運動訓練對學童平衡能力及下肢肌耐力的影響。受試者在訓練前後均進行靜態平衡能力(閉眼單足站立)、動態平衡能力(走平衡木)及下肢肌耐力(三十秒坐椅站立)測驗。經由獨立樣本單因子共變數分析,進行比較各組之間在訓練前後平衡能力及下肢肌耐力的差異。研究結果發現,直排輪運動訓練可以提昇學童的動態平衡能力及下肢肌耐力,對於男童與女童都有明顯的訓練效果(p<.05)。而直排輪運動訓練也可以提昇男童的靜態平衡能力,對於女童的靜態平衡能力雖有幫助,但並未有顯著提昇。
Balance and lower-extremity muscular endurance are the two elemelatary abilities needed to maintaining upright posture in humans. It was shown that these two abilities can be improved by effective exercise training. Sixty Grade 3 children (aged 8.54 ± 0.30 years) were randomly assigned to training and control group. Training group accepted tweleve weeks of in-line skating training (1 hour each time, 2 times per week) to investigate the effects of in-line skating training on balance and lower-extremity muscular endurance. Subjects performed the static balance test (standing with on one foot with eyes closed), dynamic balance test (walking on the balance beam) and lower-extremity muscular endurance test (30-s chair-stand) before and after training. An independent one-way ANCOVA was adopted to analyze the differences on balance and lower-extremity muscular endurance among training and control group (α﹦.05). The results showed that in-line skating training had significantly positive effects on dynamic balance and lower-extremity muscular endurance both in boys and girls (p﹤.05). In addition, in-line skating training had significantly positive effects on static balance in boys. The training group showed better static balance performance than the control group in girls, althouth there were no statistical differences between them.
