性別平等教育輔導方案對國小學童性別知識與性別態度輔導效果之研究

  • 描述: 本研究旨在編擬一套適合國小高年級實施的性別平等教育輔導方案,並探討此套輔導方案對國小六年級學生的性別知識及性別態度是否有立即性與延宕性的輔導效果。本研究採準實驗研究法,以班級為抽樣單位,選取兩班國小六年級的學生共66人為樣本,並分為實驗組(33人)和控制組(33人)。實驗組學生接受為期六週,共十二節的實驗教學,控制組學生則不接受任何實驗處理。課程結束後,以「性別知識量表」及「性別態度量表」等研究工具進行評量,所得資料以單因子共變數分析進行量化分析。另於後測階段,對實驗組學童以「學習總回饋表」進行調查,並針對調查結果進行質的分析,以作為評量實驗效果之佐證。本研究之主要結果如下:一、性別知識方面:性別平等教育輔導方案對國小高年級學整體的性別知識具有立即輔導與學習延宕之效果;性別平等教育輔導方案對國小高年級生理成長知識、性別互動知識具立即輔導效果,但不具學習延宕之效果。在性別角色分量表上,該方案未具立即效果,但具學習延宕效果。在生涯規畫知識上,該方案未具立即輔導效果與學習延宕效果。二、在性別態度方面:在性別分工刻板印象態度上,該方案具立即輔導效果與學習延宕效果,但在正確的性別觀念與價值評斷態度及性別角色刻板印象態度上,該方案皆不具立即性與學習延宕效果。然而,從回饋資料發現,實驗組學生表示在性別平等教育輔導方案中有所收穫,顯示本研究所設計之性別平等教育輔導方案對學生而言有正向收穫。最後根據本研究的發現進行討論並提出若干建議,以提供學校輔導工作及未來研究的參考。
    The purpose of this study is to propose a gender equity education program for the students in fifth- and sixth- grade and to investigate the effect of the program on gender knowledge and gender attitudes of the six-grade students. The study used a quasi-experiment design. Two classes of 66 students were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the proposed program that consists of 12 sections for six weeks. The control group did not receive the experimental treatment. In order to investigate the immediate effect and continuous effects of the gender equity education program, A pretest and two posttests of the Gender Knowledge Scale and Gender Attitude Scale.were administered to all participated students. The data were collected and were analyzed by one-way analysis of covariance. In addition, the responses of students in the control group on feedback sheets were evaluated. The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows. 1. The gender equity education program yielded an immediate effect and a continuous effect on promoting the 6th-grade students’ gender knowledge as a whole. 2. The program resulted in an immediate effect but not a continuous effect on promoting the 6th grade students’ physiological growth knowledge and gender-interaction knowledge..3. On the sub-scale of gender role scale, the program did not yield an immediate effect but yielded a continuous effect. 4. On the sub-scale of career planning knowledge , the program showed no immediate and continuous effects. 5. The gender equity education program showed an immediate effect and a continuous effect on the 6th-grade students’ sexual division of labor attitude. 6. On the sub-scale of the correct gender concept and the sex role attitude, the program did not result in any immediate and continuous effect. However, the students in the experimental group stated that they had positive experiences.The results of the study can be served as references for researchers and consulters in elementary schools.
