  • 描述: 本研究的主要目的在比較實施10週跳繩運動訓練後對國小學童心肺適能及爆發力前後的差異。以台南縣西港國小六年級男女學童60名為受試者,隨機分派為實驗組和控制組各30人。實驗組接受10週每週三天的跳繩運動訓練,控制組於實驗期間不從事任何運動訓練。將實驗組與控制組男、女學童所測得的心肺適能(800公尺跑走)及爆發力(立定跳遠)前測與後測的資料,利用SPSS統計軟體進行統計分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。以獨立樣本t考驗,檢驗兩組前測的同質性,再以相依樣本t考驗,比較各組前、後測的差異性。所得結果如下:一、實施跳繩運動訓練後對國小男學童心肺適能的提升有顯著的差異。實驗組男學童經過跳繩運動訓練後,800公尺跑走後測的成績比前測成績進步34.93秒,明顯達顯著差異(P<.05);控制組男學童,800公尺跑走後測的成績比前測成績進步4.8秒,未達顯著差異(P>.05)。二、實施跳繩運動訓練後對國小女學童心肺適能的提升有顯著的差異。實驗組女學童經過跳繩運動訓練後,800公尺跑走後測的成績比前測成績進步15.07秒,明顯達顯著差異(P<.05);控制組女學童,800公尺跑走後測的成績比前測成績進步3.13秒,未達顯著差異(P>.05)。三、實施跳繩運動訓練後對國小男學童爆發力的提升有顯著的差異。實驗組男學童經過跳繩運動訓練後,立定跳遠後測的成績比前測成績進步11.67公分,明顯達顯著差異(P<.05);控制組男學童,立定跳遠後測的成績比前測成績進步2.5公分,未達顯著差異(P>.05)。四、實施跳繩運動訓練後對國小女學童爆發力的提升有顯著的差異。實驗組女學童經過跳繩運動訓練後,立定跳遠後測的成績比前測成績進步9.93公分,明顯達顯著差異(P<.05);控制組女學童,立定跳遠後測的成績與前測成績相同,未達顯著差異(P>.05)。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ten weeks training exercise of rope jumping on students’cardiovascular endurance and the power of eruption. The sample of this study was selected from the population of 60 sixth- grade students in Si- Gung elementary school in Tainan County. The sixty students were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups of 30 each. The experimental group accepted training exercise of rope jumping three times a week in ten weeks while the control group has no treatment in this experiment. The data of the experimental and control pre and post test in students’cardiovascular endurance and the power of eruption will be analyzed by using SPSS statistic software. Data will be used t-test for independent sample at alpha .05 to test the homogeneity in the pre and post test of these two groups, and then use t-test for non-independent sample to compare the heterogeneity between the pre and post test. The result was following:1. There is a significant difference in promotion of boys’cardiovascular endurance after putting the training exercise of rope jumping into practice. The boys of the experimental group made a 34.94-second progress in post-test of 800-meter running after accepting training exercise of rope jumping which achieve significant difference( P< .05); The boys of the control group made 4.8 – second progress in post-test of 800-meter running which do not achieve significant difference( P< .05)2. There is a significant difference in promotion of girls’cardiovascular endurance and after putting the training exercise of rope jumping into practice. The girls of the experimental group made a 15.07-second progress in post-test of 800-meter running after accepting training exercise of rope jumping which achieve significant difference( P< .05); The girls of the control group made 3.13 – second progress in post-test of 800-meter running which do not achieve significant difference( P< .05)3. There is a significant difference in promotion of boys’ power of eruption after putting the training exercise of rope jumping into practice. The boys of the experimental group made a 11.67-centimeter progress in post-test of broad jump after accepting training exercise of rope jumping which achieve significant difference( P< .05); The boys of the control group made 2.5- centimeter progress in post-test of broad jump which do not achieve significant difference( P< .05)4. There is a significant difference in promotion of girls’ power of eruption after putting the training exercise of rope jumping into practice. The girls of the experimental group made a 9.93-centimeter progress in post-test of broad jump after accepting training exercise of rope jumping which achieve significant difference( P< .05); The girls of the control group made no progress in post-test of broad jump which do not achieve significant difference( P< .05)
