  • 描述: 本研究透過協同行動研究,將案例教學實施於職前戲劇教育師資培育課程中。目的欲探討兩階段案例教學模式在戲劇課程中的教學歷程,並分析探究不同戲劇策略在案例教學中的運用情形。最後,瞭解學生在案例教學中之學習與成長。 研究結果發現,兩階段案例教學行動歷程遭遇的問題雖不盡相同,但卻同樣遇到「時間掌握度」問題。在戲劇策略運用於案例教學的情形,主要發現是在「戲劇策略本質」、「教師引導技巧」與「學生學習經驗」項目上,需要多加思考戲劇策略使用方式。最後,在學生部分,無論是在課程設計與組織或教學問題的處理等,甚至是潛在學習,都有相當的成長。
    The research uses collaborative action research to explore how case methods can be used to introduce a drama education course in the pre-service teacher program. The purpose of the research is to understand the overall teaching process and to analyze how different strategies are applied at two stages of the drama class throughout the training program. The learning progresses and feedback of the students are also investigated in the research. Although the teaching processes at two stages in the drama class are not the same; it is interesting to note that the problems confronted are quite similar. Major concern is centered on “time management” in the class. In terms of the applications of drama strategies in case methods, main findings are “knowing the essence of drama strategies”, “leading skills of the teachers”, and “students’ past experiences”. Finally, on the students’ parts, they made progresses in “curriculum design”, “classroom management” and even the “latent learning”, such as critical thinking, empathy, and etc..
