澎湖縣國民小學視覺藝術課程實施現況與滿意度之調查研究

  • 描述: 本研究試圖透過澎湖縣國民小學視覺藝術課程實施現況與滿意度之調查研究,了解澎湖縣國民小學視覺藝術課程實施的現況、困境及因應方式,並進一步探討教師在視覺藝術課程實施滿意度的現況及差異情形。根據研究目的與問題,透過相關文獻的蒐集、整理與分析,以問卷調查的方式進行調查研究,並輔以實地訪談,加深資料分析及研究深度,調查對象為澎湖縣國民小學擔任藝術與人文領域視覺藝術課程教學(含低年級生活課程中擔任藝術與人文之視覺藝術課程教學)之所有教師,共計211位教師,並從願意接受訪談教師中,選出10位教師進行實地訪談,獲致以下研究發現:壹、視覺藝術課程實施現況 一、專業師資不足且專才不能專用 二、重視「情意」表現及「審美與理解」 三、以分科的方式進行教學,視需要再進行統整教學 四、教學實施偏向傳統教學方式 五、教學資源與設備不足 六、改善交通問題,以研習提升教師教學專業能力 七、教學專業能力不足的因應方式:以請教別人、自我進修、多參與研習及進修、自行尋找資料、調整教學的內容與進度等方式因應。貳、視覺藝術課程實施滿意度 一、視覺藝術課程實施滿意度屬中等程度 二、不同背景教師視覺藝術課程實施滿意度之差異情形 (一)無顯著性差異 不同性別、任教年資、教育背景的澎湖縣國民小學視覺藝術課程教師在視覺藝術課程實施滿意度之差異均未達顯著水準。 (二)有顯著性差異 不同畢業學系、教師類別的視覺藝術課程教師在部份個別層面其差異達顯著水準。 三、不同情境教師視覺藝術課程實施滿意度之差異情形 (一)無顯著性差異不同任教學生總數、任教學校規模的澎湖縣國民小學視覺藝術課程教師在視覺藝術課程實施滿意度之差異均未達顯著水準。 (二)有顯著性差異 擔任不同職務、不同任教年級及學校地區的視覺藝術課程教師在部份個別層面其差異達顯著水準。 依據研究發現,對教育行政機關、國民小學、國民小學教師及未來研究,提出以下建議:壹、對教育行政機關之建議 一、辦理視覺藝術課程專業研習,增進教學專業能力 二、研商解決交通不便及課務問題,降低教師參與研習困擾 三、研商導正配課情形及共聘教學支援工作人員落實專才專用 四、縮小城鄉差距,提升特殊偏遠地區教師教學專業能力 五、改善教學環境,充實教學資源與設備 六、調整訂定合理授課節數以維持教學品質貳、對國民小學之建議 一、師資專才專用以提升教學實施滿意度 二、落實教學正常化以維持教學品質 三、鼓勵教師自編教材及運用鄉土教材進行教學參、對國民小學教師之建議 一、自我進修成長以提升教學專業能力 二、教學目標宜重視「情意」表現,著重「審美與理解」 三、嘗試運用各種不同的教學法及評量方式 四、多嘗試以資訊科技融入視覺藝術課程教學 五、多嘗試統整及協同教學肆、對未來研究的建議 一、研究對象方面:擴大樣本對象,包含校長、學校行政人員、學生及學生家長等。 二、研究方法方面:運用其他研究方法,諸如個案研究、實驗研究等。 三、研究變項方面:可加入其他可能的變項,提供更豐富的研究資料。 四、研究內容方面:可進一步將其他內容加入,以使研究更為周延。
    This research is trying to understand the actualized status, difficulties, and solutions of the Visual Art Curriculum in elementary schools in Penghu. The research is done through the investigation of the actualized status and satisfaction. This research explores further the teachers’ satisfaction and diversities of actualizing the Visual Art Curriculum. According to the purposes and problems, this research is investigated through related documentary collection, organization and analysis, questionnaires, and interviews in order to reinforce data analysis and the research profundity. The questionnaire answerers are totaled 211 teachers who are all responsible for instructing the Visual Art Curriculum (including the Visual Art Curriculum in grade one and two), and 10 of these 211 teachers have been interviewed. Following is the research discovery :I.The actualized status of Visual Art CurriculumA.Professional teachers are insufficient and some professional teachers are unable to work on this curriculum.B.Affection representation, appreciation of the beauty and understanding are emphasized. C.The methodology is branch teaching, the integration teaching will have to be proceeded while it is necessary.D.The instruction leans to the traditional methodology. E.The teaching resources and equipments are insufficient. F.The traffic predicaments should be improved, the teachers’ professional ability can be advanced via study.G.The solutions of the shortage of teaching professional ability are as follows : consulting to the colleagues or experts, self-study, participating seminars, data research, and adjusting teaching content. II.The satisfaction of the Visual Art curriculum actualized statusA.The satisfaction of the Visual Art Curriculum actualized status is intermediate.B.The satisfaction discrepancy of the Visual Art Curriculum actualized status in different background teachers:1.No obvious discrepanciesThe elementary school teachers in Penghu in different genders, working experience, and education background do not have the obvious discrepancies in the satisfaction of the Visual Art Curriculum actualized status.2.Obvious discrepanciesThe teachers with different majors and categories have the obvious discrepancies in the individual aspects.C.The teachers’ satisfaction discrepancy of the Visual Art Curriculum actualized status in different teaching situations :1.No obvious discrepanciesThe elementary school teachers of Penghu teaching in different scales of schools and numbers of students do not have the obvious discrepancies in the satisfaction of the Visual Art Curriculum actualized status.2.Obvious discrepanciesThe teachers in different jobs, grades, and school locations have the obvious discrepancies in the individual aspects.According to the research, the following are the proposals to the education administration, elementary schools, and elementary school teachers:I.The proposals to the education administration : A.Hold the professional studies of the Visual Art Curriculum in order to improve the teaching professional ability.B.Confer and solve the inconvenience traffic and the teacher substitution problems in order to decrease the difficulties of attending the studies for the teachers.C.Confer and reform the lesson allocation, engage and share the teachers with other schools, and actualize appropriative teachers in accordance with their professional abilities.D.Reduce the diversities between the urban and rural, upgrade the teaching professional abilities of the teachers in the rural areas.E.Improve the teaching environments, increasing the teaching resources and equipments.F.Adjust and set up the reasonable teaching hours in order to maintain the teaching quality. II.The proposals to the elementary schoolsA.Actualize appropriative teachers in accordance with their professional abilities in order to increase the satisfaction of the curriculum actualized status.B.Actualize the teaching normalization in order to maintain the teaching quality.C.Encourage teachers to compile the teaching materials and apply the local teaching materials to proceed the teaching.III.The proposals to the elementary school teachersA.Attend the related studies in order to increase the professional abilities.B.The teaching aims should emphasize the performance of affection, appreciation of beauty and understanding.C.Try to apply different methodologies and assessment methods. D.Try media technology for fusion of the Visual Art curriculum teaching. E.Try integration and team teaching.IV.The proposals to the future researchA.The research targets : enlarge the sample targets including principles, school administrators, students and parents.B.The research methods : apply other research methods, such as individual case study, experimental research. C.The research items : Add some other possible items, provide more research data.D.The research content : Add further the other contents, in order to complete the study.
