  • 描述: 本研究由「成功大學醫學院分子醫學研究所張定宗教授實驗室」所提供的臨床病人11位資料。以資料探勘技術-序列式樣本,對不同抽血點觀察同一病人的各基因片段位置突變分析。對B型肝炎病毒序列的基因片段在各抽血點位置突變與血清轉換、基因型、病毒動態分組、B型肝炎病毒量、肝發炎指數上升倍數以及總膽紅素上升倍數之間的相關性。透過序列式樣本技術,找出其時間先後位置突變的關係。將這些關係運用在血清轉換、基因型、病毒動態分組、B型肝炎病毒量、肝發炎指數上升倍數以及總膽紅素上升倍數的分類。分類結果除了B型肝炎病毒量之外,其餘分類皆達100%。只有B型肝炎病毒量分類僅達75%。
    Based on the information of 11 clinical patients in the Hospital of NCKU, the mutation of each gene was analyzed by the data mining technique “sequential pattern”. Each gene of hepatitis B virus is related to seroconversion, genotype, pattern, HBV DNA, ALT and Total bilirubin. It found out relations between positions of each gene and time-points by Sequential Pattern. By the rules were classified clinical results from 4 time-points of 11 patients, and pointed out the relations between nucleotide positions of sequence and the clinical results. The result of classification ability indicates that seroconversion, genotype, pattern, ALT and Total bilirubin are reached 100%. The HBV DNA of classification ability is just reached 75%.
