國小教師工作價值觀與教學行為相關因素之研究

  • 描述: 本研究旨在瞭解國小教師工作價值觀與教學行為的現況;比較不同個人背景的國小教師在工作價值觀與教學行為的差異情形;分析教師工作價值觀與教學行為的相關情形;並探討國小教師個人背景變項與工作價值觀對教學行為的預測力。本研究採問卷調查法,以本研究自編之〝國小教師工作價值觀與教學現況問卷調查表〞為工具,台中市市立國民小學教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共取得426位教師為研究樣本。調查所得資料以SPSS FOR WINDOWS 10.0進行描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關、Pearson積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析。依據資料分析結果,本研究得到以下結論:一、國小教師具有高度的工作價值觀及良好的教學行為。二、不同婚姻狀況、年齡、服務年資及學校班級數之國小教師在工作價值觀各面向上的重視程度有顯著差異;而在其他教師背景變項上則沒有顯著差異。三、不同性別、最高學歷、現任職務、學校班級數及班級學生數之國小教師在教學行為各面向上的表現程度有顯著差異;而在其他教師背景變項上則沒有顯著差異。四、國小教師工作價值觀與教學行為具有相關性。五、教師個人背景變項與工作價值觀能有效預測其教學行為。 最後根據研究結果,本研究對教育主管單位、師資培育單位、學校及未來研究提出具體建議。
    The purposes of this study are to understand the reality for elementary school teachers’ work values and their teaching behavior, to compared the differences of teachers’ work values and their teaching behavior between different personal background, to analyze the relationship between teachers’ work values and their teaching behavior, and to explore the forecasting ability of teachers’ personal background and work values on their teaching behavior.Data were collected by using the questionnaire, “Elementary School Teachers’ Work Values and Teaching Reality” which designed by this study. The 426 teachers were randomly stratified sampled form elementary school in Taichung City. These received data were analyzed by using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics, Independent t test, One-way ANOVA Analysis, Canonical Correlation Analysis, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis by SPSS for Windows 10.0 Edition.The empirical results of the above study are synthesized as follows:1. The elementary school teachers have high work values and fine teaching behavior.2. Marriage, age, length of service and numbers of school classes have the significant effects on elementary school teachers’ work values.3. Gender, highest educational background, duty, numbers of school classes and numbers of class students have the significant effects on elementary school teachers’ teaching behavior.4. The noticeable relationship exists between elementary school teachers’ work values and their teaching behavior.5. The teachers’ personal background variables and teacher’s work values can predict their teaching behavior efficiently.According to the results of this study, the researcher makes some suggestions for the department of education administration, teacher education program, elementary school and the future investigations.
