  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討大學生工作價值觀、生涯阻隔、生涯成熟之相關因素。以南部地區一至四年級的大學生為研究對象，採多階段抽樣法，實施問卷調查後，計得752份有效問卷。本研究使用的研究工具為「工作價值觀量表」、「生涯發展阻隔因素量表」、「生涯成熟量表」、「性別角色量表」、「重要他人支持量表」，所得資料以單因子變異數分析及典型相關分析等統計方法進行分析及討論。本研究的主要發現為：一、大學生之年級、學校屬性、科系類別、工作經驗、重要他人支持、性別角色在工作價值觀上有顯著差異。二、大學生之科系類別、重要他人支持、性別角色、生涯定向在生涯阻隔上有顯著差異。三、大學生之年級、重要他人支持、生涯定向在生涯成熟上有顯著差異。四、有兩個典型因素可以解釋大學生工作價值觀、生涯阻隔、生涯成熟之變異情形。五、工作價值觀與生涯阻隔，生涯阻隔與生涯成熟間各具有一個典型因素。研究者根據研究結果提出建議，以作為大學生生涯輔導及未來研究的參考。
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting on the work value, career barrier and career maturity. The subjects were university students selected from 16 university schools in south area. The measure instruments used in this study include Work Value Inventory, Career Barriers Scales, Career Maturity Inventory, Important Others Inventory, and Sex Role Inventory. Data obtained were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows:1. There were significant differences in work value of the different grades, school quality, departments, work experience, important others’ support and sex role types.2. There were significant differences in career barrier of the different departments, important others’ support, sex role types and career decided.3. There were significant differences in career maturity of the different grades, important others’ support and career decided.4. There were two significant canonical factors among work value, career barrier and career maturity.5. There was one significant canonical factor between work value, and there was one significant canonical factor between career barrier and career maturity, too.According to the findings, implications for career counseling and further researches were provided.
