  • 描述: 在網路學習環境中，網路學習追蹤系統常被用來收集學習資料，以作為觀察網路學習的參考，而時間是常被追蹤的要項之一。本研究為瞭解教師在網路學習環境中，網路學習時間與網路學習效果的關係及以網路學習時間去預測網路學習效果的可能性，並進一步探討網路追蹤系統追蹤時間的可行性及實用價值。本研究以200名國小教師為研究對象，採相關研究法進行研究。提供線上課程供教師上網進修學習，以系統的評量機制和追蹤機制進行資料蒐集，並以半淨相關進行資料統計分析及考驗研究假設。研究發現：網路學習時間和網路學習效果間有顯著的正相關，但其迴歸預測卻未達顯著水準，顯示不能直接以網路學習時間去預測其學習效果，所以，以網路追蹤系統的追蹤學習時間以評估學習效果的作法是沒有根據的。
    This study is to investigate the relationship between the tracked on-task time and the achievement of teachers in in-service training via Internet, and the possibility of using the on-task time of learning to estimate the achievement. Two hundred in-service elementary teachers from Kao-Hsiung city were selected as subjects to attend a in-service teacher training online course. Teachers’ spending on-task time and their pre- and posttest results were collected and were examined using a semi-partial correlation analysis. It was found that: (1) there exist significant positive correlation between on-task time and achievement while teachers are involved in in-service training through via Internet; but (2) the predication of the on-task time toward the achievement can not be supported.
