本研究主要依據網路合作學習五大要素 ─ 合作群組結構、合作任務結構、合作誘因結構、強化個人權責、合作空間結構,規劃、建置一以全球資訊網為平台的網路合作學習系統。研究並透過九位學童,利用本研究發展的系統參與合作學習活動,以針對系統進行評估。綜合分析觀察、訪談、學生日記及電腦通訊紀錄等資料後發現,依據五大要素發展網路合作學習系統是可行的方法,且發展的系統確實能支援網路合作學習活動的進行,不過,依據研究的經驗與發現,本研究亦提出如下的建議。一、在合作群組結構方面,應增加學童在小組形成過程中的參與。二、在合作任務結構方面,應考慮讓每個小組成員都有參與的機會。三、在合作誘因結構方面,應清楚的呈現學習者得分的高低及進度。四、在個人權責方面,可將「角色」納入系統的設計中。五、在合作空間結構方面,應區分小組空間與公共空間。
According to the five crucial factors of network cooperative learning, which are cooperative group structure, cooperative task structure, cooperative incentive structure, individual accountability, and cooperative environment structure, this study is to design and construct a network supported cooperative learning system. To further evaluate the system, nine pupils from different schools were selected to participate in a cooperative learning activity via the system. Based on the observation, interview, student journals, and system tracking records, it could be concluded that it is an effective approach to utilize the five crucial factors of network cooperative learning to develop a network supported cooperative learning system. In addition, the developed system can well support a distributed cooperative learning activity. However, according to the experience and findings in this study, the following things should be emphasized: (a) regarding cooperative group structure, the system should encourage pupils to involve in forming a group; (b) regarding cooperative task structure, the system should disperse task and insure that all participate; (c) regarding cooperative incentive structure, the system should clearly demonstrate participants’ products and progress; (d) regarding individual accountability, role can be embedded into such a system; and (e) regarding cooperative environment structure, the system should separate group space from public space.
