  • 描述: 本研究的目的旨在探討在資料庫上使用主題導引式檢索介面,是否能有效地促進國小學童之電腦態度、自然科學成就,並提升檢索準確率與檢索有效率;並進一步了解檢索過程中,認知型態所造成的差異。本研究以140名高雄市國小五年級學童為樣本,受試者依其認知型態分為場地獨立(FI)組與場地依賴(FD)組後,再隨機分成主題檢索組與全文檢索組。經過電腦態度量表與自然科學學習成就測驗前測、自然科動物資料庫檢索活動、電腦態度量表與自然科學學習成就測驗後測之後,並從樣本中立意取樣16人,做半結構性的晤談,以發現學生的困擾所在。從實驗結果發現:使用主題導引式檢索介面的國小學童,在檢索有效率方面優於使用全文檢索介面的國小學童;而在電腦態度、自然科學成就、檢索準確率等方面並無差異。再則,FI型的國小學童,在主題導引式的檢索介面下,其電腦態度、檢索有效率方面優於FD型的國小學童,但在自然科學成就與檢索準確率方面的表現,並沒有差異。而從晤談分析中,可以發現:主題導引介面可藉由問題來搜集使用者的意圖以避免輸入關鍵字,然當問題過於艱深時,學生往往不易了解;而全文檢索雖使用簡單,但學生因字彙有限,無法輸入符合其檢索目的的關鍵詞,形成負荷。因此,本研究之結果可作為在設計適用於國小學童檢索介面時的重要參考依據。
    The investigation on the improvement of the computer attitude and nature science learning achievement as well as on the promotion of retrieval precision and retrieval efficiency was carried out by using of subject-leading question retrieval interface on database. During the retrieval research, the difference from the various recognition type was also studied. The 140 samples from fifth grade primary school students in Kaohsiung city was divided into field independent type group (FI) and field dependent (FD) by the various cognition styles and then each group was divided into subgroup randomly such as, Subject-leading subgroup, and Full-text retrieval subgroup. Two-way ANCOVA analysis was used on collected data. There are no significant difference between all the groups in computer attitude, nature science leading achievement and retrieval precision. The computer attitude and retrieval efficiency of the students of FI type group was superior to the students of FD type group. However, there is no significant difference between them in performance of nature science leading achievement and retrieval efficiency under the subject-leading retrieval interface. By interviewing analysis, it can be found that the usage intension without typing in word could be collected by question from subject-leading interface. However, the students could not realize by the heavy comprehensive questions. Being the limited vocabulary ability of students, they can not key in the key words matched the retrieval items. It could be a barrier for students. The data of this research could be a good reference of the design for the retrieval interface for the primary school student.
