  • 描述: 本研究主要目的係在探討目前師範院校學生在網路匿名性言論、網路隱私權與網路著作權這三方面之網路倫理態度與使用行為。研究採研究者自編之「師院生網路資訊使用現況調查問卷」為蒐集資料之工具,問卷內容包含「網路資訊使用態度現況調查表」與「網路資訊使用行為現況調查表」兩個量表。研究樣本選自台灣地區北、中、南、東四所師範院校一至四年級的學生共534人,可用率達93.36%。 經資料整理與統計分析,本研究獲得的結論如下: 一、師院生在網路著作權方面的網路倫理態度與網路使用行為表現並不如網路匿名性言論與網路隱私權。顯示有必要加強改善師院生的網路著作權之網路倫理態度與網路使用行為。 二、性別是造成網路倫理態度與網路使用行為差異的一項重要因素,研究結果顯示女性師院生的網路倫理態度與網路使用行為皆較男性師院生符合與遵守網路倫理。 三、年級與每星期使用網路時間是網路使用行為的重要差異因素,依照平均數來看,年級較低與每星期使用網路時間較短的師院生,其網路使用行為皆較符合網路倫理。由此可見網路使用行為可能會隨著網路的使用經驗(年級、每星期使用網路時間)而有所改變。有愈長時間的網路使用經驗(年級愈高、每星期使用網路時間愈長),其網路素養可能愈佳,但是相對地也較有能力利用網路進行違法的行為。 四、網路倫理態度與網路使用行為的同類型分量表之相關係數介於.33至.36之間,其相關強度屬於低相關。 最後根據研究結果對師範院校學生、師資培育機構以及後續相關研究提出建議,以供參考。
    The purpose of this research was to understand the attitude and behavior of teachers-college students'' cyberethics, including cyberspace anonymous speech, cyberspace privacy and cyberspace copyright. The research instrument include two scales, which are Internet Information-using Attitude Scale and Internet Information-using Behavior Scale, each one includes three subscales. The research subjects were 534 teachers- college students, who are from first through fourth-grade in the north, middle, south and east part of Taiwan. The conclusion of this research were summarized as following: 1. The teachers-college students'' attitude and behavior of cyberspace copyright are not as good as the attitude and behavior of cyberspace anonymous speech and cyberspace privacy. Therefore, they should try to improve their attitude and behavior of cyberethics. 2. The gender had significant difference in the teachers-college students'' attitude and behavior of cyberethics. According to the results, female students had better attitude and behavior of cyberethics than male students''. 3. The variables of grade and every week''s internet-using time made the teachers- college students'' behavior of cyberethics different. When the students were at higher grade or had longer every week''s internet-using time, their cyberethics'' behavior got worse. 4. The correlation of the same subscales was among .33 to .36. The strength of correlation is low. Finally, there were some suggestions for the teachers-college students, teacher training institutions and further researches.
