  • 描述: 基因演算法是一種模擬生物體進化模式的演算法,其主要經由複製、交配、突變的機制以演化出更符合環境的結果。HIV-1病毒是會感染人類而造成愛滋病的病毒,雖然目前有許多的藥物發展出來,並且在治療上也可採取雞尾酒療法,以對抗愛滋病毒,但是這都只能暫時的抑制病毒以延長病人的生命,仍然不能有效的阻止病毒的複製,這是由於愛滋病毒會發展出抗藥性,造成藥物失效的結果。本研究即利用基因演算法的演化模式,來模擬HIV-1病毒的POL基因區的演化與抗藥情形,藉以觀察並了解愛滋病毒的演化與抗藥性之發展過程,以供醫學教育與研究愛滋病毒之參考。
    Genetic algorithm is a evolution process for simulating the organism evolution. According to the genetic operations: reproduction, crossover and mutation, one can find the better results for solving the problems required searching a large space. HIV-1 is a virus which may infect the human and results in AIDS. There are a lot of drugs to against the HIV-1 and the drug cocktail approach often obtains the better results to cure. But, drugs only can inhibit the virus, and prolong the life of patients. It still can’t effective stop the evolution of virus. This is due to the drug resistance of HIV-1 that causes the drug become useless. This research is to study evolution process of genetic algorithm for simulating the drug resistance of POL genes within the HIV-1. The constructed system can be used to show the evolution of HIV-1 under different drugs, which would be useful to the medical education and the HIV-1 researches.
