  • 描述:   本研究旨在探究知識管理在國民小學學校行政運作之現況,為達研究目的,本研究主要採問卷調查法,先由理論與文獻之探討,分析歸納出知識管理的內涵與層面,以及知識管理之流程層面與促動因素層面的相關情形,其次以高雄市國民小學行政人員為研究對象,合計800人進行普查作為研究樣本,運用「知識管理在國民小學學校行政運作現況問卷」之調查,瞭解知識管理在國民小學學校行政運作現況,最後運用統計分析法,佐以四位校長之訪查,探究變項間的關係。根據本研究主要發現,歸納成結論和提出具體建議,以供國民小學學校行政運用知識管理之參考:  本研究得到的結論如下:壹、 調查結論:一、 知識管理在學校行政運作的現況內涵包括十個層面,而且有高的運作現況。二、 「知識導入」以及「外顯知識」層面上,在知識管理流程因素中較需要再努力。三、 「領導」層面的感受最佳,「人員技術」與「文化結構」,其感受比「有時如此」稍高,「績效考評」與「科技設施」層面上,則需要再努力。四、 學校行政人員背景變項與「知識管理」運作現況,就整體而言,各校校際之間並無顯著關係;但就個別因素方面,在不同的知識管理層面運作上則有所差異。五、 「知識管理流程」與「知識管理促動因素」的層面有關,專業社群的專業互動與組織的共同願景,領導者的專業領導是組織知識管理最重要的促動因素。貳、 訪談結論:一、 「知識管理」的理念已存在且進行中。二、 專業取向,從過去的威權到現在漸漸轉型為專業取向的領導。三、 學校行政的組織再造,在組織結構上並無法扁平化,但功能上則可以做「變形蟲」的任務組織編組,功能性或任務性的組織調整是可行的。四、 檔案的建置、學校網頁的建立、行政會報的經驗分享、工作坊等模式進行,書面資料透過標準化或規格化,以便於建立電子檔,網頁及資料的電子化使經驗分享討論的機制多元便利;組織也逐漸形成專業團隊方式,突破過去單打獨鬥的方式進行研究發展。五、 資訊能力的重視:電腦教室已漸漸轉型為教育諮詢中心。六、 學校發展願景的重視。七、 學習型組織氣氛:學習團隊、班群、教學群、策略聯盟、夥伴關係等團隊合作學習的模式,促使組織成員樂於經驗分享與深度匯談。八、 共同問題:人力的不足與非教育的干擾還是較大的問題。
      The main purpose of the study is to research the current situation of the knowledge management on school administrative process at primary school. In order to achieve the objective, the method of questionnaire was done in the study. To start with the investigation of the theories and references, the meanings and the levels of the knowledge management were analyzed from them, furthermore, the relationship between the levels of the process and triggering factors in the knowledge management were also induced. Secondly, the administrative workers in Kaohsiung primary schools were taken as the targets of the study. There were totally 800 people as researching samples to do the census. To use “the questionnaire of the current situation of the knowledge management on school administrative operation at primary school” helps us to realize the current situation of the topic. By using the statistical analysis, in the end, and adding the interviews of four principals, found out the relationship of the variables. The study was induced some concrete suggestions which can provide as the references of the current situation of the knowledge management on school administrative operation at primary school.  The main conclusions are:I. The conclusions of the investigation1. The content of the current situation of the knowledge management on school administrative operation has ten levels, and the situation is effective2. On the level of “knowledge introduction“ and “knowledge expression“, the process factors need to be worked on more.3. The level of “leadership” is better; “professional technique“ and “cultural structure“ are better than “sometimes do”; “performance evaluation“ and “technical facility“ need to be worked on more.4. As a whole, the background of the school administrative workers and the current situation of “the knowledge management” have no obvious correlation among schools. In individual factors, however, there are differences in the levels of the knowledge management.5. The level of “the process of the knowledge management” and the level of “the triggering factors” are related. The common prospect of the professional interactions and organizations of the communities is the most important triggering factor, so it is the professional leaderships of the leaders.II. The conclusions of interviews1. The concept of “the knowledge management” has existed and been working.2. The authority has been becoming profession-oriented leadership.3. The reconstruction of the organization of the school administration cannot be flattened in the organization structure. Otherwise, the grouping of the job organization can be adjusted functionally as an “amoeba.”4. The models of file establishing, school web page design, administration report sharing, workshop grouping are working. By standardizing and specifying, documents are easy to be made as computer files. To computerize the web pages and data makes the experience sharing and discussing convenient. The organizations have been forming professional groups breaks the past researching ways.5. The ability of information is emphasized: computer classrooms have been converting into educational counseling centers.6. The development of school is emphasized.7. The atmosphere of the organization learning type: the models of learning teams, class groups, teaching groups, strategy allies, partner relationship promote members to share experience and discuss deeply.8. Common problems: the inefficiency of personnel and the disturbance of non-education are more serious.
