大學生兼職工作對其工作價值觀的影響--以台南地區為例

  • Description:   近年來社會環境快速變遷,青少年兼職打工現象逐漸普遍,然而國內探討在學青少年兼職之相關文獻多著重在分析兼職所造成之家庭與課業問題,僅少數文獻涉及有無工作對在學青少年工作價值觀可能產生的影響。本研究主要目的在於探討大學階段的青少年兼職與工作狀況對其工作價值觀之影響,分析中同時控制個人背景等相關影響因素。   本研究參考吳鐵雄等學者於民國八十四年所編製的工作價值觀量表,並加以修改,將工作價值觀分為內在工作價值與外在工作價值兩大類,共包括自我成長、自我實現、尊嚴、人際互動向、組織安全與經濟、安定與免於焦慮、工作環境與交通七大取向。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台南地區的大學生為研究對象,回收有效樣本592份,並採用變異數分析及多元迴歸分析考驗各項個人背景因素及兼職工作狀況對工作價值觀的影響。 研究分析結果發現,在個人背景方面:不同性別、年級之大學生,其內外在工作價值有顯著差異;不同學院之大學生,在外在工作價值上有顯著差異,在工作狀況方面:工作經驗、工作薪資與工作性質不同皆會造成大學生內在與外在工作價值上顯著之差異。   最後,根據研究結果,本研究提出三點建議,分別做為教育或輔導相關單位、學生個人及學術研究者未來之參考。
     Recently, our social environment changes quickly. The phenomenon that college students take part-time job is widespread, and the work value of college students change. However, most of the researches which studying about the schooling adolescent in Taiwan put emphasis on the problems that taking part-time job may cause rather than on the influence of part-time job on students’ work values .The goal of this study is to explore the influence of part-time job and work conditions on college students' work value, meanwhile other related factors such as personal background are also controlled in the analysis.  This study modifies the work value scales which Dr. Tai-Shung Wu et al. have designed in 1995. This study divides the work value into extrinsic and intrinsic classes which consist of seven faces, including self-growing, self-realizing, dignity, relationship, organization safety and economics, stability and ease, work environment and traffic. Data is collected by using questionnaire. The subjects of this study are college students in Tainan area. Totally, there are 592 effective samples.One-Way ANOVA Analysis, Independent t Test and Multiple Regression Analysis were used in this study to analysis the influence of part-time job,work conditions and personal background on college students' work value.  The findings, resulting from the statistical analysis are as follows: in the aspect of personal background, college students of different sex and grade have significantly different extrinsic and intrinsic work values, students of different college have significantly different extrinsic work values; in the aspect of work conditions, different work experience, wage and work characteristics make significant difference in the extrinsic and intrinsic work values of college students.  Finally, some practical suggestions based on the empirical research are provided to those education and students counseling related organization, students and researchers as the references in the future.
