  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討澎湖縣國小實施閩南語教學的現況與困境、行政人員與閩南語教師對實施閩南語教學的觀點、困境及因應策略。並依據研究結果提出結論與建議,供教育行政單位、國民小學、師資培育機構及閩南語教師改進教學之參考。 本研究採文獻分析、問卷調查及訪談法。首先蒐集相關文獻,探討閩南語教學之理論基礎及實施現況;其次針對澎湖縣41位負責規劃閩南語課程之行政人員及67位實際擔任教學之閩南語教師進行問卷調查,調查結果以次數分配及百分比統計方式加以統計與分析;接著以立意抽樣方式,抽取6位行政人員、6位閩南語教學支援人員及6位學校閩南語教師進行訪談,並深入瞭解國小實施閩南語教學各層面之問題。經資料分析結果與討論,本研究分別從澎湖縣國小實施閩南語教學現況、行政人員及閩南語教師對實施閩南語教學之觀點、困境與因應策略等方面提出結論。其中,在實施閩南語教學現況方面,包括閩南語教學之行政規劃現況、閩南語教學之師資現況、閩南語教材及資源使用現況、閩南語教學方法之現況、以及閩南語教學評量現況。在對實施閩南語教學之觀點方面,包括行政規劃之觀點、閩南語師資之觀點、閩南語教材及資源使用之觀點、閩南語教學方法之觀點、以及閩南語教學評量之觀點。最後,分別從閩南語教材編輯方面、閩南語課程實施方面、教育主管及學校行政單位方面、閩南語師資問題方面、以及整體社會環境方面等五各層面提出閩南語教學之困境與因應策略。
    The goals of this study are to investigate Penghu County elementary schools’ current situation and difficulties of Minan Language teaching, executive staff and Minan Language teachers’ view toward Minan Language teaching, and their difficulties and strategies they take to solve these difficulties. Based on the result of this study, conclusions and suggestions are made to provide reference for improvement for authorities concerned, elementary schools and Minan Language teachers. This research adopts text analysis, questionnaires, and interview as study methods. First, related text is collected to investigate the theories and current situation of Minan Language education. Secondly, a questionnaire survey is conducted among 41 executive staff in charge of Minan Language curriculum and 67 Minan Language teachers. The result of the survey is analyzed with frequency distribution and percentiles. In addition, by judgmental sampling, 6 executive personnel, 6 Minan Language assisting teachers and 6 Minan Language teachers are interviewed in order to obtain a deeper understanding of Minan Language teaching in elementary schools. Based on the result and discussion of the collected data, this study concludes respectively concerning current situation and difficulties of Minan Language teaching in elementary schools in Penghu County, executive staff and Minan Language teachers’ view toward Minan Language teaching, and difficulties and strategies adopted. Concerning current Minan Language teaching, the aspects discussed include current situation of executive design, Minan Language teachers, teaching materials and resources, Minan Language teaching methodologies, and Minan Language teaching evaluations. Concerning views toward Minan Language teaching, the aspects discussed include the views of executive design, the views of Minan Language teachers, the views of Minan Language teaching materials and resources, the views of Minan Language teaching methodologies, and the views of Minan Language teaching evaluations. Finally, difficulties and responding strategies are set forth concerning the editing of Minan Language teaching material, the implementation of Minan Language curriculum, educational administrators and executive units, Minan Language teachers and overall societal environment respectively.
