  • 描述: 當我們凝視、觀看的時候，心中自有一把衡量的尺，這把尺來自人我互動、社會文化所銘刻出的共同標準，這個標準影響了人們的觀點。女性對於自我的主體認同，一直受到性別角色、傳統文化規範所影響，因為無法改變與生俱來的生理特質，加上後天社會學習的性別概念，讓女性擁有特殊的陰性處境。這個處境形塑了獨特的女性身體意象，深刻地影響了女性對待自己的態度。本創作論述從凝視、觀看的角度來探究女性身體意象的建構與展現。首先以「男性凝視」和「女性凝視」兩個觀看途徑，試圖闡述影響女性身體意象的重要因素，揭示女性被凝視與凝視時之心理與行為的變化，進一步探索女性從被凝視與觀看的客體解放成為自我主體的過程，並透過傳統與現代水墨女性圖象分析及創作試驗呈現，審視自我意識的建構歷程，重新凝視自身心境進而接受真實的自我。透過此創作研究，筆者歸結出女性身體意象的建構脈絡，對自我迷失作一番省思，並在創作實踐中愉悅的展現自我，亦為個人創作面向的拓展奠定紮實的基礎。
    We have a ruler of measure in our mind when we gaze. This ruler comes from the people socializing with others, the same standard of society and culture been etched out, this standard affects people's point of view. Female body for self-identity has been subject to gender roles, and been influenced by traditional cultural norms because we can not change the inherent physiological traits coupled with acquired social learning concept of gender. So women have a special feminine situation.This situation has shaped the unique female body image, a profound impact on womens’ attitude toward themselves.The study explores the construction and expression of female body image from the viewing of gaze and seeing.On the one hand, it takes up "male gaze" and "female gaze" two ways to see, trying to explain the important factor that influences female body image, revealing the psychological and behavioral changes when women were gazed and gazing. On the other hand it explores the process that women liberated from the object of being gazed and being seen, through traditional and modern ink female image analysis and creative experiment examines the construction process of self-consciousness, and re-stares the state of mind to accept true self.Through this writing, the author concluds the constructed context of female body image reflected for lost themselves, and enjoyable expression in creative practice and also lay a solid foundation for the expansion of personal creativity.
