描述:
於西元2000年時,美國總統克林頓宣佈關閉SA(Selective Availability)干擾碼的送出。此舉的政策對GPS的定位精確度提高10倍,同時也開啟了GPS在民間應用的新紀元。亦使得GPS的應用領域更為廣泛;例如,大地測量、導航定位(陸、海、空)、速度測量、準確時間、監控固定點等等。以上這些用戶端的應用,必須藉由於一個GPS接收器。才能把GPS的應用發揮到淋漓盡致。本論文的主題為應用全球定位系統(GPS)於台電配電設備之定位,以製作一個GPS接收器為主,理由是目前市面上GPS接收器大部分所顯示的座標格式為TWD67( X、Y、Z)的座標資料,而台電公司顯示的座標格式為TM2 (Q0399AB32)的座標資料,因此必須從WGS 84座標轉換至TWD 67座標,再由TWD 67座標轉換至TM2。所以不同座標之間的轉換,必須要利用軟體的撰寫及硬體電路的製作,才能達到我們研究的目的。
President Bill Clinton announced the policy regarding terminate the usage of SA (Selective Availability) in 2000. This policy would increase the accuracy in GPS mapping locations by ten folds, at the same time, this new policy also started the new age regarding the usage of the GPS system for the general population. In addition, it also expanded the functionalities on the GPS system, for example, land measurement、navigation system、speed measurement、time synchronization、fixed- point monitor, you need to insert the terminology in English for these words that are high lighted in blue. All the above functions must be paired with a receiver from the end user in order to maximize the functionality of the GPS system.This thesis is based on utilizing the GPS as the Localization System of TPC distribution equipment and the purpose is to produce a GPS receiver. The main reason for this purpose is the current majority GPS receivers, model in the market is TWD67( X、Y、Z), however, the receivers that are produced by Taiwan power company indicates the model setting information is TM2 (Q0399AB32). Therefore; it must be converted form WGS 84 setting to TWD 67 setting then from TWD 67 setting converted to TM2. Each conversion to different setting must utilize the software program and manufacture of the hardware in order to achieve our goal for this study.
