八週藥球增強式訓練對少棒選手上肢投擲運動表現之影響

  • 描述: 目的:本研究主要目的在探討以藥球增強式訓練介入少棒選手的規律訓練對上肢肌力 (坐姿藥球擲遠) 及投擲運動表現 (投擲距離、投擲球速、投擲準度) 的影響。方法:將20位少棒選手 (身高=149.29±7.92公分;體重=47.68±13.32) 隨機分配到人數相同 (N=10) 的實驗組與控制組。實驗組是以平常球隊訓練再加上藥球增強式訓練。訓練方式為每週訓練兩次,每次六個動作,為期八週。控制組則僅進行平常球隊訓練。實驗開始前及結束後皆進行上肢肌力 (坐姿藥球擲遠) 、投擲距離、投擲球速、投擲準度等測量。並以二因子混合設計變異數分析 (two-way mixed design ANOVA) ,比較經過八週藥球增強式訓練後,實驗組與控制組於上肢肌力 (坐姿藥球擲遠) 、投擲距離、投擲球速及投擲準度,是否有顯著差異,所有顯著水準α=.05。結果:經過八週藥球增強式訓練後,實驗組上肢肌力 (5.38±0.33與3.63±0.27公尺) 與投擲球速(82.63±7.46與75.07±7.95公里/小時)不僅顯著進步,且明顯優於控制組(p<.05) 。兩組訓練後投擲距離(45.41±9.80與38.99±7.79公尺)均顯著優於訓練前,但兩組之間無顯著差異 (p>.05) 。兩組在投擲準度(16.10±3.38與15.20±3.43分)的表現,不論是前後測或組間均無顯著差異(p>.05) 。結論:本研究採用藥球增強式訓練介入少棒選手可有效提升上肢肌力及投擲球速。建議可將藥球增強式訓練列入平常棒球訓練課表中,藉以增進少棒選手上肢運動能力。
     Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of conducting medicine ball plyometric training on little league players’ upper limb strength (at sitting throwing position) and throwing exercise performance (measured by throwing distance, speed and accuracy) . Methods: Twenty little league players (height=149.29±7.92cm, weight=47.68±13.32kg) were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with ten members in each group. In addition to the normal team training, the experimental group was reinforced with an eight-week upper limb medicine ball plyometric training, which was conducted twice a week with six movements each time. The control group only accepted the normal team training. The upper limb strength (at sitting throwing position) , throwing distance, speed and accuracy were measured before and after the experiment. The two-way mixed design ANOVA analysis was used to compare the performances of experimental group and control group after eight week of training. Results: Significant difference was found on upper limb strength (at sitting throwing position) and throwing speed (p<.05) ,which indicated that the performace of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group. No significant difference was showed between these two group on throwing distance and accuracy (p>.05) .Conclusion: The medicine ball plyometric training adopted by the research can improve little league players’ upper limb strength and throwing speed effectively. The use of medicine ball plyometric training on regular baseball training will be recommended to increase little league players’ upper limb strength and exercise performance.
