描述: 大崗山地區鄉土景觀資源及永續利用研究摘要在一片本土意識興起的浪潮中，鄉土教育逐漸受到各界的重視，位於臺灣西南部的大崗山，因為擁有眾多的鄉土景觀，更是臺灣鄉土教育重要的資源。本研究基於德國學者沙候（C.Sauer）所提出的理論：「文化景觀係由帶有文化的人群由自然景觀（未經人類干擾過的景觀）塑造而成的，亦即在文化和自然的關係中，文化是營力，自然是媒介（舞台），而文化景觀是結果。」，透過田野實查、蒐集相關文獻及訪問等方法，並用Photo Impact等電腦軟體製作相關圖表，將大崗山所擁有珍貴的鄉土景觀資源呈現出來。大崗山地區的自然景觀可分為：（1）石灰岩洞、洞穴灰華景致欣賞及探祕體驗（2）大崗山冷泉（3）民俗植物與藥用植物（4）蜜源植物與養蜂業的山牧季移。其人文景觀可分為：（1）寺廟與道場（2）石灰石採石場（3）軍事設施（4）休閒健身。本研究對大崗山地區自然景觀特性及人文景觀的發展作了一些詳細的探討，並對這些自然及人文等各種景觀類型區的現況及應用特性作進一步的調查、歸納與分析，同時融合各鄉土景觀資源而規劃出四條鄉土教育路線，作為鄉土教學的參考。大崗山地區的各種鄉土景觀都是非常珍貴的資源，對於這些資源如何永續利用是很重要的，本研究針對石灰岩地質地形、泉水及植物等資源提出直接維護和間接維護的策略，並進一步探討大崗山已被破壞的資源如何復育的策略，最後提出大崗山地區景觀資源永續利用的建議，希望達到永續經營的理想。關鍵字：大崗山、景觀、資源、永續利用
The Study on Da Kuan Shan local landscape resource and sustainable utilization Abstract With the local concept aroused recently, much attention has been given to the indigenous education. Since Da Kuan Shan is located on the southwest of Taiwan and with many landscapes, it has been one of the most important educational indigenous resources in Taiwan. Based on the theory of C. Sauer, a German scholar, he stated that cultural view is composed by the educated people living in the natural landscape which is not damaged by human. Namely, the relationship between the culture and the nature is that culture is the drive, nature is the stage or media, and the cultural view is the product. Therefore, this study will describe the valuable local landscape resources of Da Kuan Shan by using filed-test, related literature, interview, and graphs and tables made by Photo Impact software. Da Kuan Shan natural landscapes could be summarized to the following: 1. Limestone caves, cave view sightseeing, and adventure experiences; 2. Da Kuan Shan cool spring; 3. Folk plants and herb; 4. The seasonal movement of honey plants and apiculture. The humanistic view( cultural view) could be the following: 1. Temples and Taoist places; 2. Limestone and the Quarry; 3. Military equipment; 4. Leisure and body-building. This study further investigates the details on Da Kuan Shan local natural landscape and the development of its humanistic view(cultural view). Moreover, the researcher investigates , concludes and analyzes the different types and the practical characteristics of those natural landscapes, and humanistic view at present. Meanwhile, the researcher concludes four educational approaches as the references of indigenous education. The local landscapes in Da Kuan Shan are valuable resources, and their perpetual use is a very important issue. This study, first of all, provides direct and indirect strategies of maintaining limestone geology, cool spring, and plants, etc. It also describes the restore strategies on the damaged resources in Da Kuan Shan. There are suggestions to perpetual use of Da Kuan Shan Landscape resources in order to achieve the goal of lasting management. Key words：Da Kuan Shan，landscape，resource，sustainable utilization
