  • 描述: 本研究以『應用知識管理於企業新進員工教育訓練之研究』為探討方向,A公司長年因無法提供新進人員最優質的職前教育訓練課程,致新進人員囿於適應障礙而離開組織之事層出不窮,甚至遭受徒增相關招募進用與訓練成本損失之苦。 將資深人員所累積的專業知識經驗與工作內容、執行方法等保留與逐一建檔,建置一套完整的專業知識與教育訓練為主的資料,採用知識管理運作模式以協助新進人員在很短的時間內即能充分掌握工作內涵順利的執行工作,是本研究主要的目的。本研究依據研究性質及所設定之目標,以個案觀察法為主要研究方法。研究結論如下:1.藉由知識管理的分享及創新應用,讓使用者透過網路採用同步或非同步的學習方 式,快速地傳遞訊息與學習的內容,即時幫助新進人員應用在工作上,協助達成 績效,對活化組織的智慧與經驗的傳承,獲致極大的成效。2.將各部門單位的工作職能加以數位化,建立完整的知識管理系統,加以充分應用, 應用在新進人員的職前訓練上,可節支許多的時間與訓練成本。3.新進人員的職前訓練採用e-learning的學習方式,讓整體的工作成效能不斷的 提升,對企業營運成效的提升助益不少,這是企業領導者最樂意見到的情況。4.新進人員的職前訓練方式必須以傳統學習和數位學習的混搭方式來辦理,才能獲 致事半功倍的成效。5.知識管理系統的整建,需要不斷的充實與更新,需要有專人適時的增加與修正資 訊,以符合實際狀況需求,領導者睿智支持,就成為非常重要的關鍵因素。
    This study explores the direction companies can take. For example, Company A may have suffered many years of a high turnover rate for employees. This may be due to inability to provide new staff the highest quality pre-service education training, resulting in new hires experiencing adjustment disorder and leaving the organization.The main purpose of this study is to build a complete set of senior staff expertise and accumulated experience. This includes job content and methods of implementation. The goal is to build a complete set of professional knowledge and a knowledge-based training management information system to assist new staff in being able to quickly and smoothly grasp the work and its implementation.In this study, the nature and basis of the objectives is set to investigate the case law as the main mode of operation. This is supplemented by literature data analysis and interviews as research tools. The case study method has fewer investigative units and can be used for a detailed investigation. This method is flexible and able to collect comprehensive and complete information on a case by using this system. Some analysis of in-depth details is for related diagnostic of the advantages.Conclusions:1.Through the sharing of knowledge management and innovative application that allows users over the network using synchronous or asynchronous learning party style and quickly transfer messages and learning content, immediate application of new staff to help in the work, to help achieveperformance, on the activation of the wisdom and experience of organizational heritage, great performance attainable.2. The functions of the various departments’ work units have been digitized. Application of a complete knowledge management system has been established. Application of new staff in pre-training can save a lot of time and training costs.3. New staff pre-service training is using the e-learning approach, so that the overall effectiveness of their work can continue to rise. It will enhance the effectiveness of enterprise operations, which is what the management wants to see.4. New staff training methods must be a mix of traditional and digital learning to facilitate a complete effect.5. It has become a very important key factor for management to wisely support updating and enriching their knowledge management systems, and make corrections in a personal and timely fashion.
