  • 描述: 已就業者之生涯抉擇與生涯適應敘說研究摘要 本研究旨在從已就業者於就學時期至就業時期的生涯抉擇與生涯適應來探討生涯抉擇、生涯適應及分流教育制度對已就業者就業情形之影響。本研究方法採用敘說研究,透過半結構式訪談蒐集資料,並以「整體-類別」與「內容-形式」的敘說分析法,歸納統整所蒐集的訪談資料,研究結果如下:(一) 生涯抉擇歷程 當個體的生存、心理等尚未得到基本的滿足時,個體的生涯發展是有可能會大幅變動的,而非只想在已選定的職業中尋求穩固安定,故個體面臨生涯抉擇時的任務應還包含維持需求層次論中的生理需求之任務,以維繫個體在生涯發展中的自主性。(二) 生涯適應歷程 不管是在個體生涯抉擇後的生涯適應,還是在個體生涯發展的歷程中,生涯適應歷程皆區分為三個階段,即探索期、成長期及穩固期,並同時發生在個體生涯抉擇後的生涯適應與個體的生涯發展歷程中。(三) 分流教育對生涯抉擇的影響首次分流的時機在個體的生涯發展中是個很重要的契機,其幾乎決定了個體在生涯發展中的方向,故教育政策對於分流的時機與機會有著很大的影響,不過分流的時機與機會又影響著個體面臨生涯抉擇的契機,且分流教育不只影響著個體分流的時機,也影響著社會風氣的形成。 最後,本研究者根據研究結論與發現,針對實務工作與未來研究方面提出相關建議。
    A Narrative Research on Career Decision-Making and Career Adaptability of EmploymentAbstractThis research aimed at studying from the employment in the schooling period to the period of employment to explore career decision-making, career adaptability, diversion with education impact on the employment of employment situation. According to narrative research, the data was collected by semi-structured interviews and analyzed in the "holistic - content" and "categorical - content" of narrative analysis. The findings are as followed:(一) Career decision-making processWhen an individual''s survival, basic psychological yet been met, the individual''s career development was likely to change significantly, and not just want to seek stability in the selected occupation. Therefore, when the individual faced with career decision-making, his mandate should also include maintaining hierarchy of needs in the physiological needs of the mission, in order to sustain the development of the individual in career autonomy.(二) Career adaptability processWhether career adaptability after individual career decision-making, or in the course of individual career development, career adaptation process were divided into three stages, namely the exploration period, growth period and stable period, and simultaneously occurred in career adaptability after individual career decision-making and individual career development course.(三) Diversion with education affect career decision-makingThe timing of the first diversion in the individual career development was a very important opportunity, which almost decided the development of the individual in the direction of his career. Therefore, education policy has a great impact on the diversion timing and opportunity, but the diversion timing and opportunity also affect opportunity for individuals facing career decision-making, and diversion with education not only affect the timing of individual diversion, but also affect the formation of social atmosphere. Finally, the researchers according to the research findings, for practical work and future research make relevant recommendations.
