描述:
目的:速度與爆發力是籃球運動的重要體能要素,本研究旨在探討增強式訓練對國中籃球隊員速度與爆發力之影響。方法:以21 名國中籃球隊男學生(平均年齡14.91 ± .32歲、身高163.60 ± 8.83 公分、體重54.17 ± 13.77 公斤)為研究對象,採平衡次序法方式分成實驗組與對照組,對照組只接受籃球專項訓練,而實驗組除接受籃球專項訓練外,另額外接受每週2 天、為期12 週之增強式訓練,訓練內容是依據增強式訓練原理與應用之動作內容予以擬定,以漸進式的訓練方式增加訓練負荷。實驗前受試者填寫受試者與家長同意書及健康狀況調查表,並於訓練前後均參加速度與爆發力之前測和後測,測驗項目包括:30m 衝刺跑、立定跳遠、垂直跳與Burke 無氧動力,以混合設計二因子變異數分析比較兩組訓練前及訓練後兩組間的差異情形,顯著水準α 訂為 .05。結果:經12 週增強式訓練後,實驗組垂直跳表現有顯著進步(p<.05),且後測顯著優於對照組(p<.05);在立定跳遠上,兩組皆有顯著進步(p<.05),但後測組間無顯著差異(p>.05);而30m 衝刺跑與Burke 無氧動力,兩組前後測與組間均無顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:本研究所設計的12 週增強式訓練可有效提升國中籃球隊學生之爆發力,但無助於速度。
Purpose: Speed and Power are important physical factors in basketball. The purpose ofthe research is to analyze the effects of plyometric training upon speed and power to juniorhigh basketball players. Methods: The subjects of the experiment were twenty-one malejunior high school basketball players (the average age 14.91 ± .32 years, height 163.60 ± 8.83cm, weight 54.17 ± 13.77 kg). The subjects were divided into the experimental group (10persons) and the control group (11 persons.) by counter-balanced order. The control groupreceived ordinary training while the experimental group received plyometric training twice aweek for twelve weeks. The training was based on the motion of plyometric traning in theoryand in practice. And they got the training load by progress training. All the subjets filled insubjets with parents consent forms and health status surveys, and had a pretest and a posttestof speed and power. The tests included 30-meter sprints, standing long jumps, vertical jumps,and Burke anaerobic exercise. The data was analyzed by two-way mixed designed ANOVA tocompare the differences between the two groups before and after the training. The level of αwas set at .05. Results: After the plyometric training for twelve weeks, the ability of verticaljumps of the experimental group increased (p<.05), and was better than the control groupobviously in the posttest. The ability of long stand jumps of the two groups improvedremarkably (p<.05), but there were no abvious differences between the two groups in theposttest. The abilities of 30-meter sprints and Burke anaerobic exercise, there were no abviousdifferences between the two groups in the pretest and the posttest. Conclusion: Plyometrictraining for twelve weeks designed for the research could increase the acceleration of juniorhigh basketball players efficiently, but there was no improvement in speed.
