  • 描述: 著眼於全球化時代的來臨，企業如何永續經營，同時結合企業社會責任是目前相當受到關注的議題，也是此一時代下任何企業值得投資的新目標。本研究以「土地資源優勢」、「永續發展」與「企業社會責任」理論構面為基礎，旨在探討「台糖公司如何運用土地資源優勢，使永續發展與企業社會責任相結合？」此一議題。研究結果發現，台糖公司運用本身的土地資源優勢對於推動企業社會責任有事半功倍的效益，且落實企業社會責任將是台糖公司未來邁向永續發展的重要關鍵。
    Focusing on the coming era of globalization, how an enterprise to make sustainable management and combine itself with Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is currently not only the agenda with a great deal of attentions but the new goal worthwhile to make investment for any corporation during the contemporary era. The study will be based on the theories of “Land Resource Advantage”, “Sustainable Development”, and “Corporate Social Responsibility”. The purpose is to study such an issue, “How does Taiwan Sugar Corp. apply on land resource advantage to make combination between sustainable development and CSR?” The research findings show that by applying its own land resource advantage, Taiwan Sugar Corp. yields twice the result with half the effort on the promotion of CSR, and to carry out CSR will be an important key to sustainable development for Taiwan Sugar Corp. in the future.
