  • 描述: “Curriculum as aesthetic text” becomes one of the significant discourse in contemporary curriculum study, and the idea of “alternative school” facilitates educational changes in particular. The main purpose of this study is to analyze theoretical construction and practical experience of alternative education and curriculum aesthetic, and this study will propose certain suggestion for mainstream. school and future education reform. Through relevant reviews about divergent approaches in the curriculum aesthetic, this study chooses alternative Natural Way Children's School(道禾實驗學校)as an example, to analyze the concrete practical experiences of curriculum aesthetic at Natural Way Children’s School in Taiwan. In the beginning, this study will review and evaluate the theoretical foundation about alternative education and curriculum aesthetic, and then discuss relevant problems for praxis.
