描述:
Chief among the current concerns of research in the field of financing of micro and very small African businesses face, assessing units occupied by institutional channels ( official ) and informal networks and the appreciation of the dynamic potential to support business activities represented by micro finance institutions. A survey conducted in Cameroon by women owners of micro and small enterprises, highlights the essential role played by the funding (formal and informal) for growth. After a survey of 74 female MTPEs, it appeared that this type of enterprise preferred informal financing. This research also shows the positive relationship between informal financing and the growth of women-led MTPEs. This result differs from Guérin's (2001) idea that informal financing contributes little to the financing of working capital requirements, the growth of very small firms.
