  • 描述: [...]resilience is systemic, multi-scaling, inter-disciplinary; it is essentially referred to behaviours and processes that envisage multifactorial interaction between hazards and human systems; it implies to manage system according to models and processes, able of prefiguring alternative scenarios on which to measure and evaluate the nature and quantity of transformations. [...]we can place in the mid of Eighties the roots of such systemic and "plural" approach, consistent with the need of developing complexity within the theories and practices of the discipline3. According to this approach, the persistence of the vision of technology as "doctrine of transformation processes" (Ciribini, 1984, p. 44), is here enhanced as well as its objective of mediating analytical aspects and heuristic processes, making the project itself a necessary empirical tool, through which validate (or falsify) the research hypotheses. Addressing the problems of resilience, the discipline of technology reformulates its theoretical apparatus by updating the cognitive instruments to support the project: these are measurable and comparable tools both when expression of the logical structure that drives the process , both when referring to the new sets of information functional to the determination and analytical evaluation of alternative potential scenarios8. [...]it is possible to state that, thanks to the solidity of the scientific apparatus that characterize its disciplinary culture, the architecture technology addresses the issue of the resilience of the built environment with an intellectually secular position, implementing the ability to manage the requests. of multi-scalarity and intersectorality connected to the theme itself, through a timely work on the issues of process management and using appropriately the innovation contents offered also by digital technologies to interpret / model basic data and indicators.
