描述: The environmental context The Building Heritage, not only the one characterized by a high historical cultural value but also some housing and factories, sometimes needs refunctioning and restoration projects to answer to the contemporary demand; in this case it is possible to power up regenerating urban processes that are able to re-define the complex relational system that involves available resources and also their balanced and efficient use (Losasso, 2015) directed to solutions that can really improve the town. The researches developed during the last 10 years (Greco, 2015) have defined these following indicators: - the overcoming of the differences in height, that has to be interpreted as the chance to move between the different levels without finding obstacles that cannot be overcome with a ramp or a mechanical aid; - the regularizing and making uniform the pavements, to guarantee the best conditions of moving to the users; - the improving the safety, restricting the undefined situation that can be dangerous or create accidents; - the distinction of the way to communicate information, to make easy the comprehension of the space, its functional organization and the right directions; - the reversibility of the project, ensuring the chance to come back to the original configuration, if it is necessary; - the preservation of the image and the consolidated identity, to support the feeling of belonging to the society using the building. [...]the best strategy is not only able to achieve the pre-set objectives, respecting the budget available, but also the one able to respond to several issues at the same time and to satisfy the user's needs. [...]there are all the additions on the roof (superposition), with their different possible configurations (inside the shape, overhang or in support) in relation to the existing structure and to the extension of the addition (punctual, in outline or in alteration).
